Had a great experience at Little Falls Lumber! My partner and I are planning on building some new raised bed gardens this year. This was our first time going to a lumberyard and it felt a little overwhelming at first. Luckily we were greeted by a friendly associate Andy who helped us find exactly what we needed and got us set up with a same day delivery for a fraction of what the big orange store had quoted us. We had a great experience and will be back in the future.

staff in office friendly and helpful.I arrived at 3pm, they have open till 4pm but gates were already closed. A bit weird - but finally the staff for loading/unloading had to reopen the gate

We built an 8’x18’ front porch deck in 2019 and that decking was some of the most beautiful wood I’ve ever used! Going back to get wood and Trex to build new steps with a platform top. Great service and products!!!

Poor customer policies when they give you a quote for material and then tack on a 3.5% fee if you pay by credit card, with no mention of it before hand or on the quote. Why not be upfront and let people know so they have the option of paying another way? Pretty sneaky way of trying to look competitive and over charging the fee, more than what the card company charges them, so they also make money on the fee. Sneaky companies are not good companies...all they care about is money not service.

This has been one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. I need to replace my back stairs and want to use composite material. They said they would have to order it and nothing could be returned because it was all special order. I paid them I have to some because I want it done right. When they delivered the materials the driver said in the truck and my contractors unloaded it and put it in the garage. When my contractor was taking inventory of the materials he found them they were missing a box of matching screws and plugs. When I informed them of this they said no their driver told them that he remembers putting them in the garage even though he never left the truck. They said they would order new ones but I would have to pay for them all over again. I was not happy but I agreed to do so this was not a Friday just as they were closing. They did call me back Monday and said that they would replace the screws and plugs. Although they said they had special ordered these materials they also told me that they would go to the Syracuse store and pick them up there. All this haggling about the screws put me more than a week behind on my projectThey gave me the screws but they were no plugs. I called them and they informed me that they don't make plugs in that color. Even though they had insisted that they delivered them and they were written on my inventory As a box of screws and plugs and I was charged for them. I was very upset because I would've certainly gotten another color if I had known this they apparently have a little knowledge of what they are selling. I found them to be rude and unprofessional. They were The most unprofessional company I have dealt with to date. Just too bad I can't give them negative stars.
