The service advisor, Sarah Richards, was excellent. When she informed me of the cost of replacing a tire and a rim ($900) via the dealer, I was astounded, incredulous and offended. She worked with me to bypass the Toyota dealer for the purchase of the tire and rim (saving me about $650) and bringing it to the dealer for subsequent mounting and alignment.

My service advisor, Nicholas Mucha, was very helpful. He took the time to explain some of the technical aspects of my vehicle to be sure I get the longevity out of it. Very knowledgeable . I liked that since I'm a tech kind of person. If I have any question in the future , I would definitely contact him directly.

Came here to browse - I wasn't firmly in the market for a vehicle, but ultimately after 3 days I left with a new SUV! I worked with Kelly P. who took the time to work through my purchase at my own speed. I appreciate a place where I feel respected as a customer and highly recommend Lia Toyota. Also, I came here with my husband and 3 year old in tow and didn't experience any issues or concerns for bringing the whole family.

Outstanding service department…adjusted to my schedule, worked quickly to inspect my vehicle, outlined options, and then completed the service items promptly and I was back on the road. Marinda Tingly made the process smooth and effective…again, highly recommend Lia Toyota.

My visit to Lia Toyota was a great experience. Michael Richards was very helpful during my stay. I was there for about 10 minutes and Michael was very informative of what the rust survey was all about.

Justin Cole has been assisting me with keeping my car services and running great for the past six (6) years now, and has always delivered GREAT customer service. He insures that I'm in and out as efficiently as possible, and makes sure that I understand what was done and what needs to be done to keep my vehicle running at it's peak performance. Management chose a great representative fo their company when they chose to hire Justin. Thank you Lia Toyota, and thank you Justin!

I couldn't have been more pleased with the service provided by Christopher Comorski. He greeted me with a smile and was friendly and professional from beginning to end. He took time to listen to my concerns about the car and he answered all my questions directly, thoroughly, and, I felt, objectively. He kept in contact with me throughout the process by text and phone call.What most pleased me was that I never felt any pressure from Christopher to have a certain service performed. He was sensitive to my budget constraints, respected my preferences, and helped me choose the most economical options including postponing services that could wait. I look forward to requesting Christopher for future service appointments.

The service experience was flawless and actually I had neglected to order snow tires in enough time. However, Marinda Tingly was able to get the tires ordered and they were put on the Camry before the end of the service day. I was very happy with my annual service at Lia Toyota. Sarah Richards was very good, keeping me up-to date on the progress of my service. I have a Toyota 4Runner which I purchased new at Lia Toyota, and have had it serviced there every year. All of the staff, and especially Sarah were very nice, making the visit a very pleasant experience.

My appointment wasn't until 12:15pm and i dropped my car off at 9:30am for the day. Nick Mucha asked when i would like it back and i said around 3PM would be great. At 11:30am i got a text from Nick stating that my car was ready to be picked up. Great experience and great customer service.

This was a great experience all the way around with service. The waiting area makes your time have value. They text you quotes while waiting. It's spotless and the staff is friendly. It's the google of auto service. And they saved me money! They were fair and I enjoyed my wait.
