Obsessed with my new Jeep Rubicon 392. Only a few available and Lia got one out of another location and had it brought to Albany for a test drive. It did not disappoint! SOLD. The sales people were on it, and when I came at the schedule time I was out of the dealership with my new car in less than an hour.I also recently had some factory issues dealt with on my older Jeep. When they returned the vehicle to me it was spotless, like a brand new car.Thank you

I recently purchased my new Jeep Grand Cherokee through Lia Chrysler Jeep. Javon Nelson and Chris Anderson (along with the rest of the crew) took excellent care of my needs. Amazing Dealership. My car dealer was Tony. He got me in my car(Jeep) immediately, and was extremely accommodating. Tony spoke with me everyday and still checks in, on how my new vehicle is doing. The inside of this dealership is very nice and comfortable. It extremely clean and well kept. I would absolutely recommend Tony if wanting a new car!! He is definitely recommended to anyone that wants a nice and easy transaction when purchasing or leasing a new vehicle!!!!

Wow, after reading these reviews it confirms that Lia’s service department is a scam. After talking to the service department about an issue my boyfriend was having with his Ram truck they told him to bring it in because if it’s what they thought it was it would be covered under the warranty. He brought it in and they diagnosed the problem as exactly what they thought it was and that it is covered under the warranty. While replacing the part they broke the bolts and told him that the bolts aren’t covered so it’ll be $300 for the labor to replace them. Their argument is that the bolts were rotted. Any reputable service department would’ve seen that the bolts were rotted when they first looked at the truck when diagnosing the problem and let the customer know of any out of pocket expense up front. Something smells very shady and unethical about this… there’s a lot more to be said about the poor customer service but too much to type here. We’ll see what the BBB, Attorney General and Chrysler say about this.

This service department has been excellent and Gabbi is extremely helpful for any issues I've had with our jeep. Even helping us out with an unexpected break down, getting us in and out. Nice to have a dealer so transparent.

I’m very dissatisfied with customer service. My fourth car, which one I bought in Lia and love to continue until today, business. On the begging, problem with my contract with Lia, different my copy contract and contract in the system, they said 100$ deductible, in my contract this positions is waived, so they told me , if I don’t like it , I can take my car and go ahead. My appointment was 2:30 , when I back with copy of my contract, nobody showed my car at 5:30. Then after 2 days nobody called to my with answer what’s happened with my car, I call them twice to hear my extra contract not covered anything , despite being provided by seller, that I buy extra guarantees bumper to bumpers. Definitely not recommended anymore

I spent 39k the salesman promised me new drumBrakes he never changed themI’m still unsatisfied with my drumBrakes I called him to see if I could fix it and now he said there’s nothing I can do about it and now im very annoyed I worked with javon so be mindful of when buying a car and he did not want to help me after the purchase

Words cannot express the gratitude for the customer service, professionalism and compassion I received today working with Shawn M. & Steve C. I came in at my wits end due to so many issues with other places, I've stopped, on top of the fact that my previous car had just been totaled earlier in the week. I was on a strict budget and wasn't trying to purchase just anything on 4 wheels. They made sure I got the car I wanted and within my price range. They also made sure that they took their time with me and showed concern for my situation. I didn't deal with sales people or sales managers here, I dealt with some caring individuals who weren't concerned with just selling me a car! Thank you for EVERYTHING Steve & Shawn! I'll definitely be back for my next vehicle!

I dropped my Jeep off a few weeks ago for a throttle body replacement. I was told that the part needed was on back-order and would not be in until the end of the month. It was un-drivable, so I left the vehicle there while awaiting the part. After 2 weeks of needing the share my husband's vehicle (my insurance nor warranty company would cover a rental, nor does this Jeep location offer loaners), I caved and drove 3 hours round-trip to my family's place to borrow a car as I was under the impression it'd be another 10-12 days until I had my Jeep back and paying for a rental out of pocket was just not in the cards. I had to take off work to make this trip. I stopped by today, two days after picking up this borrowed vehicle, to get something out of my car, and was told my Jeep was done since yesterday and I could take it home. Keep in mind this was near their time of closing, so my car had been fixed for at least 1.5, if not 2 whole business days, without anyone notifying me. They said they were able to order the part from my warranty company. Had I known my car was ready, I would not have driven 3 hours, lost an entire day's paycheck, and wasted my time driving there to pick up my stuff. Now I had to go back home, make arrangements to go pick up the car because now I needed a ride, and now I have to basically turn right back around and return this borrowed vehicle. The gas, time, and pay I lost due to poor customer service is extremely frustrating. How long would my car have sat there without me knowing it was ready? What if I had been paying for a rental these last two days while my car just sat there ready to be taken home? The staff didn't seem apologetic. Annoying.

We visited 4 times for a single warranty issue (4wd system). After waiting nearly the entire winter for parts to come in, they turned us away from a scheduled appointment for being too busy (without notice) then once for the repair and two more times to fix issues caused by the subsequent repairs. (One of which left us stranded on the side of the road 15 minutes after picking up the car). They towed it back and took the labor off of a new battery install... But not worth the hassle of being sent home multiple times with an undrivable vehicle.Service folks were always nice despite frustrated customers... But the quality of service by technicians is lacking.

My boyfriend and I continuously go to this dealership to get parts for our vehicles. The parts guys are always beyond kind to us and are always willing to assist and help us. I could not say enough good things about this dealership. I’d most definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a vehicle, needing parts or service. Dealing with anything car related is typically stressful and they do a great job at making it the least stressful experience.
