My wife's wedding band and engagement ring had to be cut off of her last year. The pieces have been siting in a safe for the whole year. I too needed to get my wedding band expanded as it did not fit my finger anymore. I was considering taking it back to where I bought them but I talked with the helpful employees at Jewels instead. They did such a fantastic job. Now we can finally wear our rings again to show the world our love. The price was reasonable and the quality was amazing.

TOP NOTCH!! Went for new batteries for two watches, cost $20, the guy did it in less than 5 minutes, and even set the time for me. Excellent, friendly customer service. Checked out their other stuff, pricing seemed very reasonable. This is my new jewelry store for future purchases.

Purchased a watch at what I thought was a good deal. Turned out to be fake. When I called them, the dude gaslit me saying "when you bought the watch, we told you it could potentially be fake". That's not true, and my partner who was with me said the same thing. The watch was a watch that was marked down from 1100 to 400. I wouldn't think an old, cartier watch that was marked down from 1100 would be fake.

Jake is a really good guy! I just brought him a sterling silver ring which wasn't anything fantasy or worth very much but he still went above and beyond to help me out and gave me a fair deal on it. Best prices around I highly recommend them.

What a terrible place.I walked in a saw a ring I wanted,after giving a deposit toward it unfortunately came into a huge problem when I ask for the deposit back !in which the owner never told me from the beginning that if I change my mind and wanted something I saw somewhere else that is affordable that I would only be able to get store credit and not the cash I gave.Now they are holding money that I want back and there is no where stating that there policy is store credit only.if I knew this before hand I would of looked around first before giving a deposit
