Initially seemed like a decent place, however when arriving to check out a vehicle, some things noticed there were no answers for, such as damage, and also appeared other things needed to be done prior to purchase. My thought, you’re selling a vehicle, it should be good to go once available for sale. Communication also fell off towards the end. My advice to future buyers, thoroughly check the vehicles before buying.

Just wanted to leave a review, even though I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle. I wanted to say that Joe was very helpful and responded very quickly to my messages. While I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle, do to my circumstances not the dealer, I wouldn't have any issues dealing with Joe in the future. I would recommend you check out his vehicles and website. A sad business and unprofessional , no knowledge of cars. Let’s start off with they have an eclipse posted on Facebook claiming it’s an 2006 but it’s not they had different bodies by then. Sell cars don’t even know which car is what. So they have cars posted on Facebook because they’re too poor to have a real website. So I message this dude talking about selling my car and buying that car or just straight buying one of his car. The guy left me on read when he opened the next day so I know he wasn’t busy. What a pathetic excuse of a person and dealer if you’re to poor and gotta use Facebook at least message people back saying no not interested not an unprofessional no response but not read it. What do I expect from something that is located on state st and the lot has about 6 cars. Time to retire. As I finished typing this the guy wanted to respond I’m glad I have someone to tell me how to respond ? of course you respond just a no thank you gets a lot of respect from others. I wanted to buy the car regardless of selling mine and the name being wrong. P.s your main building is a trailer Lmaooo. Love how this pos won’t respond to me because he’ll know I’ll be down there in 5 minutes. Reading some reviews he told someone to go to a budget lot , you sir are a budget lot ? maybe not because you’re overpricing a 2006 eclipse for 7k and it’s ugly and that car is actually like an 02 but you worked so hard over 29 years ?

Had the opportunity to meet Joe last weekend while looking for an automobile for our college-aged son. Joe was transparent and forthcoming, a total straight-shooter. The inventory didn't contain exactly what we were looking for, but if he does obtain an option for us, we will 100% be back! Thanks Joe!Oh, and cars break, it's part of automobile ownership. Some of these reviews of people complaining about an issue experienced after 6 months or a year of ownership is ridiculous. Use your heads folks. Insane.

Great place to buy used reliable cars! We have purchased a couple times from JB auto. Joe has always made the car buying process a breeze and is a pleasure to work with. Sold 2 of my daughters their fist cars and we will be back next year when we have another driver! Thanks Joe!

***The list of issues with this vehicle goes on. If it had only been one (or even two or 3) small or routine repairs needed , I would not be writing this mediocre review.... and the response to this review is only partially true. Yes, he suggested his mechanic and thought I should get another quote. His mechanic was not available and I did get 3 additional quotes( all comparable)and a year had not passed, it was 6 months. I didn't expect it to last forever at $5k but did expect no major repairs in the first year ****The initial buying experience was a good one. The owner and his nephew were personable, helpful and made me believe we were in good hands. We were assured that although the warranty only went so far, " we stand by our vehicles and if you have any problems, come back tomorrow us and my uncle will help".However, since then, we have had several issues with the vehicle. We have had the vehicle just over one year and have has to put over $2500( and now have another issue) into a $5500 vehicle and that "promise" did not prove to be true. Would have been smarter to go to a dealership and finance a $20k car . I am highly disappointed in this purchase.

This company as a whole was and is a pleasure to endure the car buying experience with! There are no pushy sales staff, Will was attentive to our 10+ phone calls and was informative on all the info we needed for the car, SURPRISE... They actually care about the vehicles they are selling! And for great prices!!! It's taken us months to find our dream vehicle and with the help of JB Auto Sales that dream is now a reality! Will definitely be making a trip back to them for our next vehicle purchase! Thanks guys so much!

Awesome service and great cars. I'm really happy that my husband found this place. We were looking for a car for months and JB Auto sales definitely got us mobile. I was they for business, and it was s big disappointing. When they say you don't need to have a good credit, they just imply you will be paying a big amount in you monthly bill if you decide to buy a car with them.
