Excellent service! We needed a flat bed tow from Saratoga springs to Clifton Park, during a cold snap. Northeast was Knowledgeable, fair, and fast. And very polite! Thank you!

Had a bad accident and everyone here was so nice, which I’ve never had. The tower, front desk, and someone who helped me get to my car. Everyone helped make the experience better.

I didn't get the name of the driver who helped me last night but he was great! He was polite, helpful, respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. He made me laugh a few times during a stressful time which was greatly appreciated!

Worst company ever!! Waited almost 3 hours when wait time stated 1 hour and when I called for updates the woman was so rude. Stated that’s how tow companies work. Told me 3 times they were around the corner or 15 min away and still waited over an hour. I will never ever use them again and I suggest nobody else does either.Service: Car towing

My car broke down on the side of the Northway 30 minutes from my garage. Interstate Northeast arrived in less than an hour, and had my car on the bed in minutes. 30 minutes later my car was sitting in a parking space at my garage. The whole interaction was as pleasant as a broken down car on the highway could be, and made me feel much better by the end of it.Service: Car towing

Had a great experience. My car had an issue on the thruway. They came within 30 mins and helped me find an auto repair shop closer to my final destination. They towed me 90 miles (which was covered by AAA). Ryan (the driver) was very professional and nice.Service: Car towing

The service I received using this company for a tow was exceptional. The driver (Shawn) was very courteous and efficient. He was very comfortable with his driving and did a excellent job keeping my mind off the tow...I have a little fear of trucks. His customer service skills are excellent.
