Stay away. Mike the GM cusses at me under his breath. Guess what I heard it loud and clear.

When I leased the car here two years ago I was told that any kind of parts that needed to be replaced or fixed it would be no charge. Also was added on any kind of dings scratches or inside cleaning would be no charge to have fixed. This was part of the great deal I was given because I was ready to walk out. I was lied to! When I traded my car in they didn't pay for the full amount off. it took 5 months for them to pay off the bank the remaining. Every time I come here there is nothing but trouble with them. I didn't want to come here to lease a car I only came because of my boyfriend friend worked here. I should've went with my gut feeling.

My wife and I were trying to buy a car at this dealership and the one thing that she liked about the Hyundai Tucson was the panoramic moon roof. After taking us for a drive in a Subaru Forester, my wife stated that was the car she wanted, however the saleswoman told us that she had a new Tucson arriving with moonroof in a trim package we could afford. We placed a $500 non refundable deposit on the car. Upon examining the sales order, i discovered that the car did not have the moonroof we wanted. I called the dealership and explained that the car we had reserved would not work for us. Sales explained that the only way to obtain the moonroof was to get the highest priced package (3000 more). At this point, we chose to buy a Subaru. When I called to ask for my deposit back, due to the saleswoman's misrepresenting the car, the manager refused to refund us any of our deposit.

Ahhh.. I guess I should've checked Yelp before I purchased from here. Tl;dr: I reported this place for what happened to me to the NY DMV and they were charged with two counts of fraud. I deliberately over paid by 3k because this was the only place that had the color I wanted. If y'all know anything about the New Jersey DMV, then you know how much of a colossal headache it was to go to them FOUR. SEPARATE. TIMES to try and get the car registered under my name. Fucillo purposefully sent me incorrect paperwork. I can understand making a mistake once or twice, but four times is a pattern; I can't imagine any other possibility besides complete stupidity. They were forced to send me a 175 dollar refund check.... so I guess there's that.

My truck was priced $10,000 over the price on the sticker because they said they give more for your trade in. What a joke!!! They told me they were going to give me 18 ,000 and I said I wanted 22,000. So basically I got 8000$ for my 2018 Tucson. Which had less than 28,000 miles on it! It was top of the line with everything on it. They said ok to 22,000. Signed all the paperwork but the finance guy never went over any of the numbers like other deal ships with me. When I got home and realized it I ? them and they said well you saved that on the tax.. haha!! I paid the tax on my last car so what did I save?? Also still waiting for a warranty to be canceled. I requested the cancellation the middle of November. 3 months!!! They got the paper work from the company on 1-14-22. This is almost a month later and the dealership doesn’t want to part with the money they owe me. Nick in finance said they were having a meeting and he would see what he could do.. WOULD I BUY FROM THEM AGAIN?????? Not in this life time!! I love my Hyundai’s but I will always go back to Garvey in Queensbury where they treat you respectfully..

Bought a used Silverado from this dealership and should have read the reviews and steered clear of this place! One day after I bought it the passenger blinker went crazy and an error message came on the dash . I tried the heated seats and they didn't work. The truck pulls to the left. Auto starter doesn't work. Back window leaks. I made an appointment to have it all looked at on a Saturday morning . When I got there the shop manager said he had no one there to help me and that I would have to come back. The next appointment was during the week and I had to work. Tried to reschedule but they just said I bought the truck in as is condition!! F @&$ that !! I paid $26,000 for an as is truck !!! I will be talking with a lawyer!! Moral of the story is don't shop here ! As a matter of fact don't shop at any Fuccillo dealership!!!

I had written a review as I was still in the dealership on the same day a week later I cannot say I feel the same it’s been an absolute nightmare with a terrible experience terrible customer service terrible business all around I went there for a car ended up with a nightmare!! It’s gotten so bad that I had to get a lawyer and go all the way up the chain of command to the Attorney General including the Better Business Bureau I would never recommend this place to anybody and if I can help it I would gladly remove all the scamming salesman that work there

I had a recall on my 2016 Hyundai Tucson, the brake sensor. I received the letter in the mail and I called to set up an appointment, they told me they "ran out" of the part? ok, They told me I was on a list and that they (service department) would call me back when the part came in. Well I waited and waited, still no call, about a month went by, I call back, and still no sensor part. The lady gave me an attitude on the phone, I asked her why they did not call me back? she could not answer me? I said to her are you or someone ever going to call me back? she did not answer me? and to this day they never called me about the the recall sensor brake part? My advice to anyone thinking about buying from Fucciillo of Schenectady, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT. Please go to another dealership, this place is a joke! There service department sucks. I do not live in New York anymore (thank god). As far as the product , it has been a great SUV. I am in the process of buying a Subaru Outback 2022.

I had been researching cars for months and was only waiting for Memorial Day Saving to kick in to purchase what I wanted - a Kona Limited. I was directed to Fucillo by my union's Buyers Edge program for additional savings. I made an appointment and got there on time. It was obvious the dealership was giving people a gift card for test driving but since I didn't have a Golden Ticket I didn't get one. Mistake number one. I gave the receptionist my name and waited. And waited. Finally, after a half hour, a glad-handing, back-slapping salesman was ready to take the next customer - and totally ignored me to attend to a man and his family. Sexism? Ageism? Probably both, since I am a senior woman. I went to another dealer (Lia) and was treated with respect by a young sales woman. She wanted to know what options were important to me, and how I use a car. Overall it was a pleasant experience, I got a great deal, and purchased a new, top-of-the-line Kona Ultimate. Fucillo lost a customer, who, while aging, is well aware of the power of social media. Fucillo needs to explain to their salesmen that aging Baby Boomers know what we want, will not tolerate being treated poorly, and we have money.
