H&R on State St. / Erie provides excellent service for walk-ins and appointments.I return each year and am more than pleased with the fees, protection service, and REFUND I receive! The Peace of Mind protection is a great product not to mention, the Emerald Card which allowed me to get a portion of my refund up-front within hours.

I've been coming to H&R block for almost 2 decades and also my tax preparer this year was new to ME and he was not only kind but very Informative and helpful with explaining things I didn't quite undertand and also gave me some expert advice for next years tax return I appreciated Jon's knowledge and willingness to help with a kind and friendly attitude :)

2 years in a row my taxes were filed incorrectly 2 years in a row i got audited due to h and r blocks incorrectly preparing my taxes. They charge hundreds of dollars to prepare taxes just for them to be done wrong and then they charge for peace of mind which is supposed to be help if any issues arise . They dnt return phone calls dnt do anything to help resolve tax issues and provide absolutely terrible customer service. Would not reccomend h and r block to anyone .
