“Such a nice hotel and close to the restaurants in the area (like Shaker and Vine). I stayed there for my birthday and they provided complimentary champagne and a nice card in the room for checkin. The views of our room were beautiful too! The desk clerk was very friendly and I recommend this place if you are in Schenectady, NY. We went downstairs for some live music too that night at Rivers Casino which was fun!”

“Outside areas could use some attention, messy and beat up with poor lighting at night (I’m glad I travel with dogs), but the room was clean and everything functioned well. It was quiet at night.”
“The staff were kind and helpful. They explained the rules clearly, as we were staying with dogs. The rooms are decent size and have all the amenities. Our room was mostly clean, they did miss a few wrappers under the night stand. I enjoyed the artwork.”
