We bought a refrigerator last week. It was a pretty good deal and we really liked our sales person, Deniese. That's where it ends. For delivery, we were supposed to get a call the night before to give us the window of time the item would be delivered. No call. The next morning I called at 8am to get the time. It turns out they had already been to our house and couldn't deliver because of snow on our driveway. We had a fairly large snow storm that gave us 5 inches on snow overnight. If we had known they were coming that early we would have had the driveway cleared. I called to find out when it could be delivered and it will not be coming for another 3 days. Our fridge died so we will be without one for a week total. Our new delivery time will be scheduled for 3 days from now so my husband and I will need to take another day off this week and it can't be officially scheduled until I call them this afternoon to make it official. It's typical of people being treated badly because large corporations could care less about their consumers. Once they have your money they don't really care about you.

Do you love bad 80’s music? No? How about when it’s blasting over the PA system at full volume 100% of the time? Well that’s what you can expect here. Absolutely awful and I hope they fix this soon.

Shout out to BILAL he helped me find exactly what I was looking for and saved my new year. The home depot itself prints out receipts that don't have valid codes for surveys, so I couldn't actually take the survey to give Bilal the shout out he really deserves.

I had big problem with a new washer it stop working after 3 loads laundry. I called the phone number on receipt they said they would send repair man in a week. WHAT! a brand new washer just delivered is going to be repaired. I was going to take it back to store myself, I was told you can not take it back to Home Depot. I was in tears. I decided to go over to Home Depot and speak to a manager and thank GOD I did , I spoke with Fernando Valls manager he calmed me down got on the phone and with in few minutes a new machine was going to be delivered and broken one was going to be removed with in week. If it wasn’t for Mr VALLS I would not be doing business with Home Depot again and let people know. Thank you again Mr Valls

1. If you have tools locked up don’t you think you’d have an associate near by? Nah instead I waited 30 mins for a cheap 80 dollar tool. 2. 2. I Spent tens of thousands of dollars in this store and when I go to self check out I’m watched like a dog as if I’m going to steal? Along with an associate picking up the bar scanner before I even could?Note for management: you’re going on about this all wrong and making honest decent customer feel uncomfortable as if they’re doing something wrong.I won’t be back and I’m canceling my credit card and my pro account immediately

Too much locked up can't walk around to shop if u got anythg from behind a cage. A store associate will finish shopping with you. Also not enough knowledgeable staff to help u or point you in correct direction.

Unfortunately Home Depot is denying some forms of Veterans ID which limits sales and creates negativity and bad service. Also lacking help and employee's. As of 10/12/2023 numerous calls have went through to corporate concerning an issue with people loitering begging for money bothering the customers management has done nothing and so far neither has corporate.

As of October 5th 2023 there are 4 self-checkout registers and only 2 available, I don't know why they call "self checkout" if there are 2 really slow lady's scanning everything for u and sometimes they make a mistake and scan products twice (better watch the screen) without counting that all the lines were long and only 4 open in the whole store.. I was waiting 15-20 minutes to pay for 5 things only, unbelievable...

It's home depot. Prices are high. Depending on the time of day u for you can get help on niche projects. Wish they catered to all of woodworkers. Wood turners n hobbyist.

Ordered items for curbside pickup. They forgot an included part to my purchase. Had to go inside to figure it out. 20 mins later they told me they don't have said item that is PART OF THE PURCHASED item. Told them I just wanted to return it then, and they refunded me for the wrong item. Such a headache

Almost a perfect Home Depot. Except unswept and egregiously dirty. If I have to wear a Covid mask to mask the dust and garbage stench, chances are I will not come back.The staff in the kitchen section was very friendly and took a few minutes to chat me up and tell me different ways to solve a home-related shelving idea. The guy in this section told me what he used to do for a living in Manhattan and that gave me some color and flavor as to his expertise and general knowledge of the questions I was asking. Really great staff!Items are marked and well-stocked. Isles were easy to navigate compared to some other small homeware shops. Unfortunately, like I said: There was sawdust all over the place, candy wrappers, water bottles, trash, nails, used Kleenex, papers, flyers and none of the carts were clean, unsticky or NOT grimy or rusted. Great staff. Easy isles. Floors were a hellhole!Clean the entrance, car lot and the ISLES for goodness sake.Review: 4

The Home Depot sold a 90inch cabinet with only 2 shelves! When I tried reaching a representative to inquire if I can purchase more shelves, it took 6 days to get a hold of a representative in that department, only to be told they don’t sell shelving separately. The rep didn’t attempt to offer any solutions at all!Follow - Up .. I called Hampton Bay and within 2 min, they were able to order me some shelves.
