The dispatcher was very nice and very helpful in getting my mother home safe from a scary situation. She went above and beyond their policy to make sure she was picked up safely. The cab driver, I did not get her name, came right away (I stayed on the phone w my mother until the cab arrived) and she got out and helped her in the cab and is now driving her home. Thank you ladies for being so nice and caring. I truly cannot express the gratitude I have.

I just had bus number 70 tailgating me coming down Watt Street. Between 1:15 and 1:20 p.m. today April 4th. Your bus drivers are horrible bus drivers with no respect to other drivers or the road. It's not the first time I encountered problems with your drivers. I'm sorry I wasn't going fast enough to be a speed demon for them. One of these days A drivers going to have a horrible accident in the children are the ones who are going to pay.
