UPDATED REVIEW:
Nothings changed. I've bought $250k worth of vehicles from them for my family and business over the last 8 yrs. Service is absurd and parts....well it makes them sound like they don't know what they are doing.
I supposedly needed a wheel bearing. I sent my wife. They charged me almost $1000 for one wheel bearing, not 2 and never did an alignment.
I saw an actual mechanic who informed me the real culprit was a dented rim most likely from a pothole. I priced a rim with matthews Kia. Not 4 rims, one stock rim. They told me $553. For a minivan rim. I mean cannabis is legal, but someone is smoking way too much.
Please price your parts out in other business before you blindly hand them money thinking they know what they are doing.
I got my rim for $89. Installed and balanced for another 50.
This is truly a public service announcement. If your car isn't under warranty, don't stop here

I highly recommend Tim Brunette for assisting me in purchasing my brand new Telluride. He was very professional and explained everything about the car I was looking at. I felt very comfortable with him and never felt pushed at any time. I never felt rushed and he made sure I had all the information I needed when buying the car. Tim was extremely patient when answering all my questions about the car. I want to thank Tim for everything he did for me. I highly recommend Tim Brunette to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. I recently started leasing my second vehicle from Matthews Kia of Schenectady, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth. Jason Wagner was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect car that suited my needs and budget. He even found my dream color- Jungle Green!!!!!
Jason went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and confident in my choice. The transparency throughout the process, was refreshing and made me feel like I was in good hands.
The after-sales service has been exceptional as well. Jason even followed up the following week to make sure everything was going well with my new car. It's clear that Matthews Kia values their customers and stands by their vehicles.
I highly recommend not only Kia Matthews but Jason Wagner as well to anyone in the market for a new or used car. They made what can often be a stressful process easy and enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning for future cars and recommending them to friends and family.

I recently brought my Kia in for service. Michael Hunter in service was excellent. Michael got my car in quickly so the recall could be done in a timely manner. This is the only dealership I will bring my vehicle too.

Called to set up tow as car was broke down with factory recall, was put on hold 10 minutes called back and immediately put on hold until phone disconnected fifteen minutes later. No thank you Matthew’s Kia I will avoid you at all costs
