Is it true that you turn non-members away, from the Election Day dinner? Why do you post on your board outside, and not put...For Members Only? Members already know about the dinner, right? It was very very discouraging and unfriendly to be turned away, once we got there. b

We've been to a few events here through the years. Last night was a 70th birthday party for our good friend. The atmosphere screams party right Fromm the beginning. The bar is huge and well stocked, bartenders were attentive and the drinks were good. There was a buffet dinner with salads, potatoes, green beans almandine, chicken franchise, and roast beef. Plenty to eat, and the food trays were kept full. I definitely recommend giving the Guilderland ELKS club a try for your next event.
