They sell fake Apple items online including airpods and then they do not refund people the money. I would not shop and use their services at all, because we don't know the items they are selling are original or fake. They have been reported to Apple for selling counterfeit items.

I'd thought I cracked my screen and was having issues filing a claim online. I went in and Justin was able to fix the issue which was actually a cracked screen protector. I was taken care of and sent on my way in no time! Super friendly and fast service and a much better experience than the Altamont location.

The cricket wireless on State Street I got my phone maybe a month and a half ago and upgraded and got my son his first phone the sales guy was great today somehow I got stuck and talk back couldn't even use my phone couldn't get out of it drove to the cricket and the guy fixed it no problem he was very sweet. I was freaking out LOL he was very calm he did it for me no problem it was the same guy I dealt with before.

Lost my phone this past Saturday. I arrived early on Sunday and the manager was there opening up right on time. The manager helped me purchase and set up the new phone. He even put the screen protector I bought for it on! I picked this store because it was super close to my house, but I'd go back in a heartbeat because the manager was so nice and helpful. Helped me recover my contacts and data, knowledgeable about the products he sells. 10/10, chef's kiss.
