I went to get service and the lady Shanetta S told me that I was banned from the store from not reason at all,just because she got into an argument with my boyfriend that he's in my account, she didn't have knowledge how to activate his new device,this is so unprofessional

They sell fake Apple items online including airpods and then they do not refund people the money. I would not shop and use their services at all, because we don't know the items they are selling are original or fake. They have been reported to Apple for selling counterfeit items.
