Colonial Car Wash is the best car wash in Schenectady. I went to the one by McDonald's, and it's horrible. No one to dry your car when you exit. I had water spots all over my car when I got home.

I signed up with you guys because I had a problem at State Street car wash over there they put me on the track and I guess they didn’t get my car on right Bc went it went up in the air backwards twice so now I’m petrified to go onto the track so every time I go to your store I tell them please help me cause I’m scared I don’t need any damage to my tires and stuff. Thank you doing good.

Good carwash but the cars coming in block you from leaving as they are waiting behind you for vacuums,,,and I'm far from racist but I was told by a black woman that I didn't have a right to wipe off my car in the vacuum slot,,,,I told her there are multiple spray bottles provided for that reason and I will move my car when I'm finished,,I waited my turn and you can wait yours,,,she expected me to move my car when she got behind me and when I preceded to pull out she would not let me exit,,,,,this place is getting too much!!!no matter what time you go it's the Truman show,,,this whole street is becoming the Truman show as a woman hit a telephone pole a couple days ago and set cars on fire!!!when I grew up this road was very quiet after 9 am now no matter what time you drive on Altamont avenue it's a three ring circus now,,,the car wash is good but they definitely need a security guard or some strict rules about driving in and out and not blocking or impeding people from leaving,,please set up some rules so the drama/gngstalking street theater stops here,,,I don't blame the car wash for this but there is not enough room for the Truman show that happens every time you pull in here,,I suggest a bigger lot with some posted rules about not blocking cars from leaving!!!
