HelloI'm from Long Island , I had a problem with my Kohler faucet . I went to Home Depot , Lowe’s , and 3 other plumbing suppliers. I then got to this company at first didn’t think they were even going to talk to me . But to my surprise, not like the other places, I went to . The gentleman behind the back counter bent over backwards to help me even called kohler for me . Don’t walk but run and shop here . 5 stare they solved my problems. I had a ceramic disk lavatory faucet stem that went bad. I took it everywhere without any luck. The guys at FW WEBB sent me to Chas G. Burch on State Street in Schenectady. 5 minutes, tops, got the right stem, and bought a spare. Outstanding!

We just renovated our kitchen and had an amazing experience working with Lindse from Chas G. Burch. She made a very overwhelming endeavor feel completely manageable as she walked us through all the design decisions step by step. And our kitchen turned out better than we had ever imagined!

Our primary bathroom had a large blue tub in it that had seen better days, so we decided to completely remodel the room. We met with Lindse in the showroom and asked for her advice. She spent a bit of time and came up with a very nice design which we thought would work well, but once we went home and reviewed our space and how we would use it, it just wasn’t for us. So we called Lindse and let her know we needed a re-design. She didn’t bat an eye. We gave her some more ideas of what we were looking for, including a big shower and no tub. After some tweaking of the design, it was exactly what we were looking for. Lindse helped pick out all of our tiles, vanity, benches, and fixtures. We couldn’t love it more. It brought our vision to a reality. We will definitely work with Lindse and Chas G. Burch for our next remodel.

My boiler shut off in the middle of the night had multiple persons looked at it no one could figure out what was wrong that’s the wonderful staff at Burch supplies I am able to get heat for this winter !!! What an incredible group of human beings!! Please give thanks!!! Wonderful service!!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Thank you much!!

From the moment that we met Lindse at the home show in Albany, we knew that her ability to unwrap our vision with ambiguity would provide a sense of comfort during the process. My wife and I were very pleased with the outstanding job that Chas G. Burch did to help us renovate our kitchen. Lindse the designer did a wonderful job of offering us new ideas for improving the space and look of our outdated kitchen. The modern cabinets and beautiful quartz countertops complement each other to create a bright and cheery environment. Chas G.
