I hate to buy cars! I shopped many dealerships before I ended up at Capitaland for the Acadia that I bought. The experience there was superior. It was clear from the beginning that my salesperson, Ronnie, was making sure to stay in the budget that I gave him. He was not pushy and made the whole experience easy and quick. After I picked up the car, I noticed a noise that needed to be looked at. The service manager, Brian, got me right in the next day and made sure that I was well taken care of. Sales and service have been wonderful and my husband and I will definitely be repeat customers.

I brought my Chevrolet diesel truck to get the check engine light turned off. Upon picking it up they said they couldn't fix it. Now the dashboard display said engine will shut down in 100 MI. The owner refused to fix this problem told me it was not his truck. I have a video of this not sure how to post it. I had to pay $1,100 to get it reprogrammed. Thanks a lot guy in the front office with all the glass........... I read your response Mr owner. A 5-year-old could have opened the hood and said this is not a Chevrolet ignition system. You attempted to work on the 2500 LTZ and deactivated my computer so that my engine would shut down after 100 miles. You refused to put it back to what it was when I brought it in. You refunded my $89. And said it's not my truck get out of here or I will call the police. I'm the wrong guy to mess with dude I'm telling you the truth and you cost me $1,100..... sure you offered to do that for $3,500 I wouldn't bring a roller skate to your dealership not only can you not work on diesel engines but your attitude is horrible.... yes it certainly was 2 1/2 years ago, you we're going to call the police, so you successfully intimidated me at the time. I am retired now and I don't forget

The 2 young fellows were so helpful and they really went above and beyond with a question/request I had. And the young lady at the service desk was also super helpful and attentive. Great place. Love our sales manager, Scott L. , who helped us not only with my vehicle but also my husband's. He is OUTSTANDING to work/communicate with.

My recent experience with GMC service was a result of a water pump failure. First, great service through the roadside emergency services. They were prompt and professional in towing my disabled Sierra to the dealer (twice). The repairs were covered under the warranty, which was good. Not do good was the inability to provide me a loner vehicle during the nearly two weeks involved in the repair; nor the need to have a second tow back to the shop when there was a serious leak and overheating due to a unsecured hose connection.The final repair is working well. I just wish the process and the first repair attempt had been better.

Very pleased with Capitaland Motors. From the sale to delivery, just a great experience. I was very comfortable dealing with Josh, who is very knowledgeable and there to truly help you. I met the guys in the service department, planning on seeing them for my services. Can't say enough good about them. Love my new car and I'm definitely sending friends and family to them.

Such a great company! I particularly appreciate Regina for her kindness to animals, attention to detail and promptness in everything she does. The service department is friendly and will get you in when you need. When you go don’t forget to meet Sammy! (She may be hanging out on the Subaru side ?)
