Pros:Clean. Friendly staff. Great well kept equipment. Robust class workout schedule. Plenty of parking. Cons:The opening time was 5 am and worked really well for me but it has been pushed to 5:30 am which makes it a bit harder to squeeze in a really good workout and get to work.

LOCAL GEM!This gym is located in Center City next to the CVS and across from Proctors theatre. In fact, with new hours post-COVID, one can come in and work out and use the sauna, steam room, or play basketball as early as 5:30 am - woo-hoo!From a work perspective - they are one of the kindest 501C3s and inclusive organizations around. They thrive on kindness, serving their employees, AND their community. What a rare find!The many programs for children, adults, and seniors are astounding and it's neat to see what is offered not only day to day but month to month.COME.ON.IN.There is something for everyone.

I always enjoy working out and playing basketball here :). Question though, did u guys remove your stationary resistance bike and if so can u try to get another one?

This could be a 5 Star review since this Y wins the award for Nicest Locker Rooms of any YMCA in the Capital Region HANDS DOWN. However, this gym also wins the award for most annoying LUNKERS. You know who I'm talking about. Male Gym Rats who drop weights and yell at the top of their lungs while they are doing it. Yea you know. Them. Well thanks to THEM I don't even attempt to workout with free weights in that area because those idiots have taken over like maggots to a rotting piece of driftwood. With that being said, the staff is lovely (especially Johnny swoon) and the access to Netflix on generally all the machines is a major plus. Come for the restrooms, stay for the workout.
