I needed to upgrade to 5G but was apprehensive about how painful the process might be. Turns out, no worries. It was seamless and got everything ported over to the new phone. Whole process took maybe a half hour at most and was painless, not painful. Based on my two experiences there (first was in 2021), I consider them very professional and very helpful, Highly recommended.

This is the best Boost I've ever been to I came in i was greeting right away, and helped right away.i was helped and serviced and he did a great job at communicating all my.options to be as well as fixing a bump in the road we were faced with at first. I just came to do my payment but wanted to leave a review, Ali went above and beyond and all I came to do was a payment. He made sure I was welcomed when I came in, and let me know the wait time. He even offered me a cup of water while I waited! Definitely coming back here again

I recently purchased a new phone. Zane assisted me with my purchases. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He explained everything in details regarding the details for my upcoming bill. I was very impressed by his friendliness and how he took the time to answer my questions. It made a big difference in the purchasing process. I highly recommend his services and his professionalism. My wife and I purchased new phones (two A23s) from the Schenectady store. We were assisted by Zane. He was fantastic. So helpful answering our questions and finding us a great deal. We're very happy that we worked with him and everyone else in the store was great too! Glad we do business with Boost.
