“My fuel pump failed 280 miles from home on N.Y. Thruway in late afternoon. Tow truck driver brought me to Ankers, who had me back on the road in 24 hours. I won’t be able to use them again, but I’d recommend them to anyone. Also thanks to tow truck driver for taking me there.”

“Kamal and his wife Max are amazing people. They did everything they could for me to keep costs down on an insurance claim (body work and paint job). They also worked around my schedule to get the car in. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and the car was completed on Friday. Not to mention the paint looks like glass. Kamal also offered to do a paint correction on a deep scratch which wasn't even part of what he painted - free of charge. I challenge you to find another place that would do that for anyone.you will not be disappointed if you take your car here.”
“The work was completed in a short time and the bodywork and re-calibration of the blind side monitoring system were perfect. They gave me texted updates throughout the process and finished one day early. They were pleasant to work with. Even though they and my insurer worked directly with each orher, I felt that the cost was far too high for the work being done and that it will cause my rates to increase. We’ll see.”

“THE BEST PLACE TO HAVE BODY WORK DONE.... I was rear ended and my pumper was damaged. I went to Carman Body Works because my sister has had work done there previously and raved about how great they were. They were great, their customer service is fantastic. I went to get my pumper fixed at a season where they had a crazy work case load. They work with both insurance companies to make sure everything is organized and paid for. Which since I was rear ended and it wasn't my fault the other insurance company paid for the repairs. They also found additional damage that was caused to the rear when taking the pumper off to put on the new one. They called and informed the insurance company that was paying for the repairs on my behalf and they also were able to get that covered for me. Over all great experience. Also on a side note my door handle just broke on my driver side door. Needless to say its a no brainer where I am going to go. I just called them and will be having them give me an estimate later before they close today.”

“I was in a really bad Tbone accident in January, I found Josh on Google!! So many shops wouldn’t take my car, but Josh took my car the day my insurance company dropped my car off!! I was so thankful for this!Josh fixed the side damage from the accident within exactly 1 month and was very kind and updated me weekly on the progress. Josh even fixed parts like a missing window button inside the car for me!There was front damage done to the car while in the hands of my insurance company. The side damage was fixed first and then I brought back the car this past Friday to fix the front damage! Josh fixed the grill and bumper by Monday evening! He even helped me out with an oil change too.I would HIGHLY recommend JSmitty shop to anyone!! It was worth the tow to Schenectady from Albany! Josh is so genuine with his work!
