Do they have everything in the quantities of the big box stores? No. Do they have what you need? Probably. Does that come with that personable small town mom and pop hardware store vibe? Yep. For all my DIY projects I come here first. Usually saves me a trip and the workers here are just good salt if the earth folk who know what they are talking about.

Not that bad over night parking , lot of space to park drop trailer they call you over the phone no office, app 6pm check in 6:15 check out 9pmSome of them take longer but no lamper service ?

Upon entering was greeted by two men at the front counter doing absolutely nothing. The gentleman stuffing his face with food responded when told I wanted a custom door made that I needed to go upstairs and I would be helped. After waiting at the second floor counter with the guest sign in sheet for too long I decided that there was no assistance available and I left informing the useless persons at the front counter that no one was available to help me and instead of telling me that they would help, they shrugged their shoulders and resumed their useless posing.

It's the closest hardware store to home there is. The guy who does the paint is the only one who will help you. Don't expect the men who are behind the counter to come out. Before the big box stores took over it was so much better. They have most of what you need for a quick fix. But don't expect much help

One the best in the area for lumber not only greatly priced but also good quality. I order at least once a month and get help from John Weidman he is not only very helpful and knowledgeable he's all around great to work with!!!!!!

Worst service ever. 4th and last time going there. Bought door this last time. Went to get it at other building. Didn’t have one. Went back to main building. Was told to go to other storage building a few miles away. No luck not in stock. Attitude of employees poor. Didn’t call ahead to check. Not sure why the computer said they had it in stock.

I recently purchased a Milwaukee M12 set from Bellevue builders. When purchased it looked like someone pulled the box apart used the drill once and returned. I purchased the set noticed the box was taped closed and was skeptical. Upon further inspection of the box and its contents noticed it was missing a battery and the drill was scuffed and dirty. Unfortunately it was the only one they had in stock so I stuck with it and I also wanted to support local business. I called and talked to Nick the manager who was extremely polite and was unbelievably good at customer service and getting right to the point. I was looking to just replace the missing battery in the set that I purchased and Nick was very helpful and ordered me a brand new one to replace the missing one in the set. Nick was absolutely the redeeming factor to my experience here and believe he deserves recognition. Thank you Nick.

Horrible experience with them. I am waiting for my windows screens for last 2 years. Still no response from them, not taking phone calls, no status updates. Literally frustrating.

Drivers don't know height of their own vehicle. Driver blocks short underpass, both lanes. Trying to figure out how tall his truck his. Really ridiculous.

Customer service is okay. The drive thru is fast for getting common wood and building supplies. The main building has your typical hardware supply stuff including paint and small engine supplies. They will also design decks, kitchens and other things for you and price out your project. In my opinion there pricing has always been competitive with the big box stores.

Was mildly surprised at the chicken parm, was really good, only thing to improve is maybe a bit more pasta, and do a better job of Draining the pasta, as the bottom of the chicken was a bit soggy
