Great place to buy certain high end items for your home. The quality is exceptional all at a price far below similar items in other Renovation stores. I've purchased some great bathroom fixtures from them, along with tile, cabinets and flooring of all types. Great stuff, go there and buy it!!

The Manager Mark and his two crew members are great. For being understaffed they really do a nice job.Mark designed my kitchen for me on their program after the cabinets I had custom ordered from another local shop all arrived damaged and not usable.The ones they had IN STOCK were still a pretty good quality made of plywood and had softclose hinges and hidden drawer slides. They were a couple thousand cheaper than my custom cabinets.They seem pretty sturdy and they arent broken! That's a plus. Still not done with the kitchen but I wouldn't hesitate to take a look here. They have a ton of good stuff for home improvement.Thanks again, all.

We ordered an entire kitchen worth of cabinets from Home Outlet and we have zero regrets!! We worked with Brandon, Mark and Carolyn at Schenectady store and they were all a pleasure to work with. From design to ordering, they made everything very easy! The turn around time was 6 weeks, well before what we were quoted from the big box store.And the quality of cabinet far exceeded what we would have gotten for a “30% off sale” at the same big box store! For the SAME PRICE!! Our cabinets are high quality, durable and absolutely beautiful!! The recommended countertop company was also top north, so clearly they care AND know what they are doing! We got much better cabinets within our budget and much faster than the other store! Don’t overlook Home Outlet!! They are a viable option for your kitchen remodel! And everything they offer is of superior quality! Give them a look! You will be glad you did!

Didn’t have what I was looking for (wooden drawers that roll out of pantry) . They had wire ones. They have lots of great stuff to remodel: flooring, tile, windows, doors!!!!

Came in for a few things today and was the only customer in the store. No acknowledgment, not even hello. Staff standing around chatting with each other. I had to squeeze by them to look at something, still not one word. Not even a glance at me. Found help at a different store and got what I needed.

First time in the store today and the selection was very good and the prices match or beat the large home improvement stores. The only problem I had was they allowed a gentleman to enter the store and shop without a mask on while other customers were shopping. One worker was even helping him but did not say a word. Very helpful workers.
