“I have been a long timemember at anothzer credit union (I still am) I loved the personalized service I would receive. It was as if everyone knew me- I was in the market to open a new business account. So, naturally, I went to the place I loved.But things were different- they were in the middle of a merger. They seemed less customer focused than before- I felt as if I was in a 'regular bank'So, I left. I wanted to stay with a local credit union, and I walked into a Sunmark. I was greeted right away, and made to feel right at home. I go to various branches through the Rotterdam area.On November 14, 2023 I went to the location at 5 corners, and the teller (I am so bad with names, 4 letters, began with N, and shared a birthday of 11/15 with me ;-) ) She was extremely helpful, and friendly while also being professional. I noticed the other tellers had the same rapport with the other customers they were assisting.Keep u p the great work! It is so refreshing to feel appreciated in this world of "YOU CAN JUST DO THAT ONLINE"Thank you”
“We are new to the community and opened our personal account with Keybank a year ago. There were hiccups in the beginning, names misspelled on our checks, charges being taken that we were not aware of, items that were not posting to our account and a female manager that told us on 2 separate occasions when we had a concern, "It's not my job." Today we went in to open a business account and L. James Greenaway was Awesome!!! He walked us through everything that we needed to know in a timely manner. Extremely Professional and we will go to him in the future for any of our concerns. Great Job James!!!! We truly thank you.”

“Went there on 6/9/23, spoke with Del. Going there to get approved for a car loan on that same day. (I never had prior business with Sunmark) to my amazement and satisfaction, it happened. (This was a Friday close to the end of business hours) It was due to Del's diligence, exemplary Cust Ser skills and genuine willingness to resolve, that all was accomplished. I was impressed, extremely satisfied, and looking forward to doing future business with Sunmark, also recommending your Services to friends and colleagues. My experience with Del will be engraved in my mind, for it was the definition of outstanding Cust Ser, an Art that has been lost. If Del is the representation of Sunmark as a whole, it speaks very highly. Kudos to Catherine also who was awesome.”
“I love Chase because as a small customer, they seem relatively indifferent to me, maybe even helpful in nagging me about products of theirs that might actually benefit me. Unlike other major US banks whose entire business model seems to be going out of their way to find every single legal way to F me over with fees or otherwise take what little I have. Sad that that's the bar I gotta measure by, but there you go.”

“I switched to this bank-randomly. Actually I went in for a roll of quarters and ended up with a checking account. I left my previous bank because they were charging me $9.99/month on my checking for not having over $1500 in it- had to do something! The whole process was quick and simple and the staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks, from a college student. The only thing that is 'Odd' are the Tuesday hours but everything else is good.”

“I have honestly been using KeyBank for my entire adult life which is a pretty long time without going into numbers I will tell you that all of the branches in the Schenectady niskayuna Rotterdam area that I’ve ever gone to have been pretty incredible over that many years that I’ve never had one issue, and more often than not there’s been many tellers, that I’ve possibly argued with no fault but my own as I was previously NOT smart with money however this is all changed now. Thanks to you guys.Today beginning at 8 AM the awesome KeyBank employees of Consaul Rd., Niskayuna started my day off beautifully by resolving an ATM issue quickly in order for me to avoid bounce fees well before 9 AM and well before I had to be to work, so I save myself any fees and I made it to work early …on top of it they were all so sweet and I just have to say that the rest of my day has been set on a smooth path ! I’ve always loved to be a KeyBank-er ha ha I like that little term I just made up ? anyhow, you get the gist of it here I wanted to just let these very patient people know that they completely saved me this morning and really they didn’t have to so I thought that was just above and beyond. I only wish that I had asked somebody’s name because it was through the little tube process, and I only saw them on the screen, but I did save my cash deposits, banking slip, and the teller name. I’m reading on here is: NORRITI a huge thanks to that young man, as well as the first girl I spoke to on the phone outside the bank when I was almost in tears and she had me come right through. “Been going here for years. You won't find too many banks who actually know you by name and treat you as an individual not a number. It's clean, safe, friendly environment and welcoming staff make it so easy to fall in love with the place. They decorate every season. No dust, debris etc. Windows are almost transparent. The place is so modern and the architecture is stunning, that you gawk in awe. It's updated so no old equipment, design or malfunctioning or delayed computer process. The teller's are so sweet and get you in and out without being rude or rushing. If you don't have a good bank yet or are starting out, I highly recommend trying Pioneer banks in general. I've been to many locations and each feel clean, safe, and customer service is 100%. I do not work here or have ever either. This bank is so understanding especially when you overdraft. They explain everything to you in a sweet and respectful manner. They have lollipops for the kids and I'm one of those people who like to be in and out so they are quick and effective. Plus side they have coin machine and it's skips the line.”
