The wait times are long and to add on to that, they have reduced their banking hours and now open one hour later. Typical banking hours are 9 to 5, but this BOFA’s lobby hours are 10 to 4! Very inefficient and frustrating to bank with them.

Another "stellar " visit to this branch. Two days ago the branch had flooding. They are not able to handle ANY cash transactions at all. How can they not have set up any method for handling cash??? Nothing? Most businesses have a system in place if there are issues. Not this bank. They "don't have any tellers" in. That's funny because even when the branch is up and running correctly, there's usually only one teller. Hate this bank. Wish our mortgage was with anyone but them!

By far the worst Bank of America I’ve ever been to. “Anesha” was the rudest, snottiest teller I have ever encountered. This is after a 25 minute wait to make 3 business deposits. Would not recommend this location.

Fast transaction for opening my bank account. Staff are friendly. Once you get inside the bank they will entertain you immediately for your transaction.

I had previously had an issue with this branch for giving printed out statements from my account to an estranged family member (she walked up and gave them my account number, and they never asked for ID?). After that clearly meant that my information wasn't secure, I closed my account with BofA. Imagine my surprise when a year later, I got a notice in my email inbox that an appointment had been made for that family member to REOPEN my account (and I now live 3000 miles away). I called up the BofA fraud line (who were very helpful), but had to be transferred over to the branch to ensure that this person did not get access to my information. Once I got ahold of someone, he put me on hold. When he came back, he claimed that the appointment had been made by mistake...that someone with my same name had made an appointment and they sent me the email by mistake. I have a very unique name by virtue of marriage, and am relatively certain that I'm the only person with my name in the world, much less in Schenectady. I hung up, at least grateful that BofA corporate had done as much as they could for me. So be forewarned if you bank here...your information is not at all safe with these folks.

My husband went to this BOA to open a savings account for our newborn and not only did the representative but also the MANAGER of this bank mistreated him, were rude and arrogant to him. They also demanded that our NEWBORN had to be there physically in the middle of a PANDEMIC even though he had our sons social and birth certificate with him. We can understand certain guidelines but when you are rude to your own clients that is off limits and unnecessary. Will never step here again, and DO NOT recommend this location at all.

Bank of America is my best bank I been with for a very very long time the people that work there are the best and if you have a banking problem they are there to do the very best to help you out so I give them a double five star rating they are the best bank to do business with

Can't exchange currencies without ordering it first and waiting for 3 days to actually receive it. So many things you can do digitally today, and surprised to see BoA can't keep up with digitization. Disappointed with service and long wait time just to learn they can't help you.

Horrible bank. I've never seen more than one teller on duty, regardless of how long the line is. I have accounts at other financial institutions that run their business much more efficiently. The ONLY reason I am stuck at BOA is it's location for my daughter in college. I am writing this review while waiting in line, and I'm still 5 people from being assisted. No drive through is archaic as well!

Great place to bank with a very helpful staff. They are a bit understaffed but you can't blame the branch employees. Staffing issues come from above. Still the wait time at the teller line is quite short.

Worst service! Go elsewhere, anywhere. There's only one teller actually taking customers. The other teller is behind the counter obviously too busy to help anyone.

Lie to me repeatedly when trying to set up a home loan. In store rep.s blame back office. Calling on the phone for help is useless. I would leave if it weren't such a pain to move my accounts.
