I was upgrading my phone since it had broken. Come to find out there was barely anything in stock to choose from. Or the iPhone 14s they had 0 to pick from. Because of that, I was told to go to another store. I said before I go, can you call them ahead of time to see if they have it in stock so I don't waste my time there either. He Said no he couldn't call because they aren't associated with that store. Still not hard to Google the number and call on my behalf anyways to find out for me to show good customer service. Just didn't go above and beyond or even seem to care to assist.Got what I needed and then some from the other store on Central and employee who was actually willing to help.

I was having trouble using my phone as it was frozen and I couldn’t swipe it to open it. Eric, the manager was awesome and was able to fix the phone without difficulty or cost. Thank you Eric.

This afternoon about 4 pm I called to ask what my options were for an iPhone with a port that has stopped working. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. Her response to my question was “we don’t fix phones so there’s nothing I can do.” This was said in a very sharp tone followed by silence. I was really taken aback. This was the most unhelpful response I’ve heard in a long time.I wasn’t asking her to fix it. I’ve never had bad service at this store before, over the phone or in person. They’ve always been very helpful. Strange.

( I DON'T LEAVE BAD REVIEWS BUT...) The manager at this CORPORATE STORE was not interested in getting involved in or hearing about a transaction he didn't handle. Let's see if the district manager will listen. It's called customer service plain and simple.

I hope I can find a way to provide this feedback to the actual store, but for now I'm putting it here. I went in today after my phone was stolen and was visibly upset as soon as I walked in. Jose greeted me and immediately jumped into action to help me resolve it, while also reassurring me that the photos and videos of my recently deceased fiance would not be lost forever. He was not fazed by a random woman crying in his store, he was just ready to do whatever needed to be done to help me out. He was incredibly kind and patient, and provided quite literally the most exceptional customer service I've ever seen. So, thank you, Jose, you made a very frustrating and emotional situation much better.

We had originally gone to the ATT store on Central Avenue in Colonie NY and were greeted with MONUMENTAL INDIFFERENCE by the two young men staffing the store. I don't think I have ever encountered such terrible customer service.We left and went to Balltown Road and José hit it out of the park. He was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Went in today to have a new sim card put in my phone and Mykaela was awesome. She even reviewed the account and helped save me some money on the bill. If you want great service, totally recommend going in and seeing Mykaela.

I had very bad experience with ATT rep at bjs in albany and went to ATT store mohawk commons. What a total difference. I worked with Brianna. She was so helpful and caring as I coverted our family plan to ATT. Only wish went to this store first instead BJs in albany.
