HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Kyle moved a very large and expensive safe for me, he was extremely professional and experienced. I was stressed about getting it safely moved and he made it happen with no issues. Price was very reasonable too.

Bobby and Garcia were awesome! Helped me with a broken leaf spring on my travel trailer.
We were able to secure the axle, limp the trailer home and avoid a costly tow on the load all trailer!

We had a car end up in our yard after the driver lost control. The car ended up 50 feet into the woods. The team from AC’s carefully pulled the car out while missing all of our landscaping some how. They were extremely careful and professional. I highly recommend them. Most importantly, the driver is ok.

My wheel had fallen off on I90 going westbound a little before 10pm and needed assistance. Albert was quick to get out and help me out. He was very helpful, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Almost exactly 90 minutes after our camping trailer blew a tire on the thruway, this company had my wife and children already moving again. They showed up, installed a new rim and new tire, all on memorial day weekend, during rush hour. Thank you AC's towing and recovery.

After waiting 3 hours for another company (Greedy A$$-Interstate) to tow my car, I called AC's and they showed up when they said they were going to. Took very good care of my BMW and was a very pleasant fella. He was very pleasant, clean cut, and you could tell he actually cared about his job. So, if you ever see this, Matt, thank you! You are the best!

Last summer my dad and I were towing my grandfathers pontoon boat downstate from the Adirondacks. The pontoon boat trailer blew a bearing just north of exit 11 on the northway. It was a pretty scary situation on the side of the northway and not being from the area we weren’t sure which tow companies to call. Most tow companies we did call told us they could not help us because we had a large pontoon boat on a trailer. AC’s towing on the other hand was very concerned about our safety and was quick to dispatch one of their larger trucks out to help us. They helped us get the truck and trailer off the highway very quickly and saved the day. Pricing was very reasonable and the employees were very friendly.

Every single person from this company I came in contact with, spoke on the phone with, etc. was beyond amazing. The guys who came to the highway after my accident were kind, and comforting. They made sure I was safe before they did anything to my car, they made me a priority when I was feeling discombobulated and anxious.Vinny on the phone was very helpful in directing me on my next steps and Lynn who met me at the yard to help recover items from my car was my true angel. Thank you for all your kindness and knowledge during a very frustrating, scary, and difficult time.Excellent company to work with!
