Having grown up in Scarsdale, Wilson & Son has been a fixture in town my entire life. As I approached my 30th birthday, I wanted to commemorate the occasion with my first Rolex. Unlike many authorized dealers in/around NYC, Wilson & Son truly care about the customer experience. Stephanie was extremely personable, and worked to get me the datejust I've always wanted ahead of my birthday! I cannot speak highly enough about the entire experience and I am thrilled with my watch. Highly recommend this local business and will certainly be back for future purchases.

Wilson and Son Jewelers has been around for almost 120 years and there’s a reason for that. I have been using their business for my watch and jewelry needs for the past 3 years now. I cannot express the joy it is to walk into a store where you plan to spend a good deal of money and without them knowing this, greet you with respect, kindness, ample time, a willingness to help, attention to detail and the cherry on top, good conversations and a memory of our past interactions. The offer of a glass of whiskey or a shot of expresso also doesn't hurt the experience.Michael, Stephanie and the whole staff are really a class act and I believe all other businesses should use them as the standard of customer experience.In conclusion, this is a place worth spending your hard earned money in.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from here and I must say the treatment that I received was top notch. From beginning to end I was treated as family. Each and every time I paid a visit to the store the WHOLE staff wore a genuine smile and was ready to assist with anything I needed. Wendy was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as most could imagine choosing a ring takes time. The ring came out beyond amazing and my now fiancé stares at her ring at least a million times a day. Thank you so much!!!!

The most trustworthy jeweler we have been to.The staff is so nice and caring and makes you feel at home.We were able to get 2 beautiful watches this year.They also repaired my engagement ring really well (a beautiful but old ring) while other stores would not even consider resetting the diamond.This is a family run business and it feels that way throughout the experience.
