“Great prices, need membership though. Love their new feature that tells when a pump is empty, its helpful when trucks or vens are getting filled and is impossible to know if a car has moved out. A nice indicator tells which pump is open for service. People are very helpful and come to support with anything.”
“It's like a zoo getting in and out of the parking lot. I don't even go there anymore for gas. It'll take you 25 minutes to get in and another 25 minutes to get out. But overall, it's a good store Costco. Has everything you need”

I blew a tire on a road trip and this locations tire center took care of me.
I came in at most half an hour before closing and explained I needed a tire replaced. Tina and Dan had me with a new tire mounted on my rims and balanced in 30 minutes or less.
What was initially a very stressful situation the tire center made calm and resolved everything. Honestly thankful for the tire center and these two.”

“Who is giving bad reviews? What, you've never been to a wholesaler before? They're all pretty much the same... I think this is the only Sam's I've ever been to, but I think it's great. Lots of fresh food, and obvi an astonishingly wide selection of dry goods. The staff is decent here, and the shopping area is usually clean.”

“I have been a loyal customer of this Costco for years. Many of the employees here are familiar faces to me, which means that the management is doing something right for them to stay. The other day, all the carts were elsewhere but at the front door. While looking for an available cart, I mentioned to one of the employees that it was my second time searching for a cart in the parking lot. He apologized. I said to him, 'it is not you, but those customers who do not return them to the cart return.' Speaking of the customers... I have had several would-be-altercations with some of them. I am not sure why some mature women are stressed out and interested in fighting with me, while I did nothing but perhaps standing in their way. I had to be the grownup and walked away. If the employees are mean as well, I would stop shopping here. The hard-working employees are the gems at this Costco.”

“Overall great placeThey have everything from electronics and housewares. Seasonal surprises all types of fresh meat and fish to already prepped dinners. A produce and dairy sections and a freezer cooler section. Paper plates garbage bags cleaning supplies pet food and Health and beauty. A pharmacy optical and hearing aid specialty. And a food court that still serves the biggest hot dog and a drink with refills for just a $1.50 They also have a clothing section as well as a small media section, furniture is sold seasonally and roadshows pop up demo products. Well worth the 120 bucks for membership when you receive 2% cash back on almost all purchases. I can literally do all my shopping in one place and earn up to 4% cash back if I have their credit card. Go sign up check it out and if it's not for you then you are guaranteed a refund on your membership at anytime during your paid active membership”

“Favorite place, I been shopping in sams for year now the convenience to use the app while you in the store pay for it and no line walk right out. A game changer. Will never do a line anymore. And if you shop at least once a month you might as well get the membership that you can come in at 8am and get you money back so it pays for itself. I recommend it. Get my tires , batteries and food. Compare to any other supermarket. For example. I got a mozzarella cheese for 2 for 9 bucks. Shoprite you get 1 for $10 dollars. What a savings.”

“I loved this Costco ... I live in Nassau county but my local Costco was such a disaster I had to come to this one to first get a replacement card which was so simple and easy . The lady was so sweet and kind and then shopping here was so completely different then shopping at the westbury location. This store was not over run by mobs of people , I had the freedom to walk around and shop at my pace with our feeling the pressure of people rushing me behind me . I liked that I can go get milk and eggs and not be blocked by people , I liked that I can stand somewhere for a few minutes deciding on what products I want . Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the check out process took longer then expected.”
“I like this location and staff is super friendly and happy to assist. Mattie (not sure of spelling) in customer service is one of a kind and extremely welcoming. Judy who offers samples always makes my visit more fun. Store is clean and well organized. Check out lanes are sometimes long but the busy bees try their best to move us along. I am sad that the company no longer carries Lloyd's bbq ribs. Very disappointed.”

“Wow I thought Saturdays and Sundays were busy so are Fridays great products and lines move quickly. Plenty of parking but it's not for the in a rush person.... Don't go . You need time patience and maybe caffeinated drink to get your Costco experience done.”
“We live 6 mins away from this location so we're here all the time. The selection is good and the store is well stocked for the most part. There have been occasions where they didn't have kirkland water which is one of the primary reasons why we go here but it is what it is. They do a good job with samples on the weekends. I do wish they looked after the fruit a little better. They often stack the boxes and the ones towards the bottom get crushed. But that's part of the wholesale warehouse experience.”
“I want to thank the manager and lovely girl at this location. I am handicapped and came in Sunday morning and the manager got the girl to help me. You don't know how much I appreciate it that they went above and beyond to help a customer. You should be proud to have people like that working for you.
