Me and my mom always come here and we always love coming here to wash but today we went to wash our clothes and out of no where some lady was taking out our clothes from the dryer and our clothes weren’t dry so what we did was fold our clothes and leave some bad service

Best laundromat in town, clean and now they use cards instead of change which is a time saver but the best thing about this place is the staff..excellent service everytime

Very clean place and there is always a person available to help if a machine stops working and you get refunded automatically the ladies that work there are nice and helpful .

Being coming to this for quite sometime! And I wish I could’ve given them 10 Stars. When I tell you that your laundry is returned in excellent condition and clean is an understatement. The level of professionalism amazing and welcoming atmosphere, the young lady that I usually see is friendly and caring with her customers. Thank you guys! Highly recommend for drop off services!

So I found out of this place during me searching for a karate class for my children and came across this laundromat.And oh boy! Was I happy… having a washing machine at home is always convenience for quick washes, but that would require me to handle the laundry task for a whole day… who has time for that? It’s so amazing to come to a friendly laundromat where machines are working and the workers know what they’re doing. And in less than 3 hours I get to wash my family clothes and get my freedom back! Thank you guys! If the owner reads this… great job! ??????

This place has the worst customer service, today I ask the Spanish girl who works the morning shift. I had 50 cent in dimes and I asked her ver nice if she had 2 quarters and she said no sorry...I'm pretty sure she did, so I had to break a $ 5 bill for singles just so I can get my 50 cent...

I’ve used this place to wash and dry on several occasions. Recently I’ve only needed to dry. I came in today with 1 load to dry only and was turned away. I was directed to a sign that said dryers are for wash customers only. How unfortunate. Bad business move.

I recently decided to give wash up xpress pick up and delivery services a try because their prices were affordable, and they folded my clothes just the way I like them. However, my experience with them turned out to be quite disappointing.During one of my orders, I accidentally left my Apple watch in my clothes. Unfortunately, when I received my clothes, I noticed that my watch was missing, but the strap was still there. I immediately contacted the owner and showed them that the last reported location of my Apple Watch was at their facility according to the "find my Apple Watch" feature. The owner claimed that they did not find it initially, but promised to search again.Since I trusted them as a business owner, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, after a few days, I did not hear back from them, and I noticed that my watch was turned on and located in Peekskill. I sent the details to the owner, but I never received any response from them.It's essential to warn others to always check their pockets and belongings when using wash up xpress pick up and delivery services. It seems that they don't return found items, and there's no guarantee that you will get back anything you may have accidentally left behind.Additionally, my watch held sentimental value, which made the experience even more disappointing. I highly recommend choosing a different service provider to avoid any similar issues in the future.

I was looking for a new laundry mat since I am new to the area, my friend told me about this one, so I started coming here, there is one girl that helps who is always on my ass about everything, there's no peace and doing your own laundry, then she said that the owner told my son to stop playing with his cars on the metal chairs because he was going to break the chairs. So my son proceeded to play on the floor and they all kept staring with disgust. I definitely do not recommend this place. I usually wash leave and come back to dry my clothes and wait for it. Don't even fold it and leave because I don't like to stay there for long. But today was it, I would not put up with the girl telling my kids what to do at the end of the day. If she had a problem, she should come to me. be careful with the dryers, although they may seem that they dry the clothes fast they are at a very high temperature, and I have lost a few of our sweaters.

Last year there was no hot water because supposedly the boiler broke down 1 year ago and the same thing continues, there is no hot water at all, not even to wash hands, much less to wash clothes and we are in winter, it seems a bit unfair to me That's all they say is that it's broken but it's been more than 1 year since then and they continue to charge the same for washing without hot water

Why isn't there hot water yet?? And you took the signs down months ago (i.e. 7+ months ago)?? I'll change my review once there's (1) a response and (2) hot water OR (3) signs that clearly state there is no hot water. Not fair to the people who trust that you're providing what is expected of a laundry place.

Cleanest laundromat ever in town. They keep the washer and dryers really clean. I don't see much stains in the detergent slots and dust right below the mouths of the washers. Very impressive. The staff are in the building, very kind and managing pretty well. Wifi is provided. Sitting area is not big but quite quiet. Wow.. this is the place I want to know only lol I'm afraid if it gets dirtier if it gets more customers. It is that nicer compared to other ones I have been to. Very clean and open restroom for customers. Quite pleasant experience. Highly recommend this place.

Nice roomy laundromat. Machines are always clean. Bathroom is nice and clean too. Great staff, girls are always very helpful.
