Don’t take sewing classes at Joann’s they’re terrible and a waste of money. You would learn more watching a YouTube how to.

I just pulled my 50 year old Viking out of the back of the closet. It still works perfectly. I haven't sewed for about 10 years but I am happy to get back to it.

Terrible customer service. We were sold a defective machine that we had to later return. We ended up, upgrading to a better machine, only to be told after our purchase that we needed a $500 software to do our embroidery. The whole experience after spending over $1300 is beyond terrible. Carol was the only helpful representative that assisted us with our troubleshoot.The manger of the establishment, communication skills needs to be improved. I am writing this review as I am in the store now for 45min waiting for someone to come back to their station so we can purchase accessories for our new machine.The fact that we keep having a terrible experience says a lot about how Husqvarna runs their business. If it wasn’t for the fact that the next Joanns is an hour away, we would not come back here.
