Awesome customer service. A few years ago I got the 77" Sony a80j from them and recently got the 85" Sony bravia 7 from them also. I actually prefer the led panel over oled. Brighter, more vivid, and handles reflections better.

I bought the .Salamander Designs Oslo 245.. Cabinet for Hisense 100L9G and 120L9G 4K UST Triple-Laser TriChroma projectors (Black w/Black Glass Doors) and (120L9H-CINE120A )The best thing about it is that it Hisense 120" L9 Series TriChroma Laser TV.I will be purchasing more in the future . I would return any day because of ( Value Electronic ) and their kind team.Wendy and Robert are very helpful and knowledgeable.I recommend Value Electronic services .

I bought an LG oled tv. I had an excellent customer experience. I am impressed that when you call with a question, I talked directly with the owner Robert. He very friendly and knowledgeable. When the unit arrived, it was well protected as it was secured to a pallet. Because they offered a store credit for the stand I needed, their price was very competitive with the big box retailers. As a small business and sponsor of the annual tv shoot out, I was glad to be one of their customers. Highly recommended.

My experience with Robert and Wendy has been phenomenal! Both of them took the time to listen to my needs and concerns while buying a TV while giving me excellent advice. I went with their Quality Control and Calibration package. It was 100% worth the wait! The TV arrived safely on a pallet in perfect condition. I can’t believe how good the picture quality is! The colors look amazing and it was worth it to do the quality control. Usually I have to exchange a TV at least once. They gave me ultimate peace of mind with my major purchase. You have a customer for life from me! Thank you!

I've bought a kaleidescape system and now the 3D emitter and 2 sets of glasses and I gotta tell ya, this company will deal with you on a level that will accommodate you and your wallet. Even though they're in the av business to make money, they also like to sleep at night and their prices reflect that level of honesty and integrity. It's hard to find someone like that today. Thank you for being in the av business cause I sure do appreciate what you have done for me and I'll be purchasing more from you in the future.

Ordered a TV with Robert & it couldn't have gone better. Got an amazing price. They cover shipping AND tax! TV came right from the manufacturer so it was packed perfectly and came really fast. Super happy I bought from a small business and not giant chain.

I came in to grab a subwoofer and was pretty restricted by budget, but they went above and beyond to find something of good quality for me. Very knowledgeable, highly recommend! A fun shop to even just browse.

Odd place to go for hifi equipment. I was interested in B&W 805 D4's, which they have on the showroom floor. I asked to listen to it with a Naim amplifier (which they also have on the floor). I asked four separate times over a period of two months, and they always promised me that they would set it up for me. It's always a good idea to listen to hifi equipment before investing in a large purchase. Eventually I gave up and went elsewhere. Also, I had multiple conversations with the owners who don't seem to know anything about hifi. When I asked about tube amps, the husband (it's run by a couple) told me tube amps are no longer manufactured and that I would have to buy used. I know off the top of my head a few dozen tube amp companies that are still going strong, I had just bought my son one a week earlier. When I mentioned this, he said I must be mistaken. His wife is the audio expert, but she still couldn't answer any of my questions about the Naim Uniti series. My suggestion - find somewhere else to buy hifi. I've since gone to 5 more stores, and had wonderful listening sessions with several speaker/amp combos.

TOTALLY IGNORED! I spoke to Robert the owner on the phone, he is really nice and friendly. He said he would be there later that afternoon but wasn't when my wife & I went over. His wife Wendy brought us across the street to see an LG projector and screen. She seemed a bit reluctant to take us at first, but opened up after awhile. Robert emailed me with a proposal that night, of which I didn't need a cabinet at all (don't know why that was included). Seemed fair! But my cousin that night got me a great deal (50% off!) on the projector through a website through his job once I knew I liked it earlier that day at Value. So I emailed Robert back to say I won't be purchasing the projector from him based on the insane deal my cousin got me. BUT I would still like to purchase the 110" screen, an entire audio system AND to install and calibrate it all! I emailed him TWICE with no answer, called THREE times with no answer and even left a voicemail with no return call. I am really surprised because they have a beautiful shop, very friendly no pressure sales approach BUT they don't care for my business at all. I was about to spend roughly $7,500 on the above mentioned equipment and services but maybe they were mad that I didn't want to buy the projector from them so they didn't return my calls out of spite and blew $7,500 in other sales? I still had to see the screen and discuss the services they can offer me and possible audio equipment? I don't know why, but I am so disappointed I was totally ignored after a nice visit with my wife with great conversation as well! Good good people, but either spiteful or don't care for smaller sized sales. Regardless, i waited 3 days for someone fromValue to get back to me after so many attempts on my part but gave up and I just spent over $7,500 on those items at a Long Island big box store today. I will continue to watch Robert's great YouTube videos as he is a pleasure to watch his love for a/v as I do!

After 37 phone calls and 8 months they still didn’t fix the home video security system they installed. And upon original installation they put a locked code on all cameras so no one else could fix them but them! Found another company - after Value Electronics did nothing for months despite our please for help- and in less than 8 days our entire system was upgraded and fixed at 70% cheaper prices. I’d NEVER EVER recommend Roberts service to anyone. And his wife was so unkind to my son it was unfathomable.Truly- how we ever had the patience to deal with such an unprofessional company for months is beyond me.Save yourself thousands of wasted dollars, valuable time and use someone else. Use ANYONE but Value Electronics.Accurate name would be:Be Wildly Overcharged & Underserved Electronics. I wouldn’t recommend them to a single person. Not even my worst enemy.If we could rate zero stars I would.

I assume this location has permanently closed. Have called on numerous occasions, nobody answers. Left a voice mail about 1.5 months ago and have never heard back.I would suggest you take your business elsewhere, seems this location is either closing or in process of shutting down.

Update: Robert reached out to me and explained that there were some issues with inventory allocation on LG’s end as well as him getting sick that caused him to not be available to reply to me. Following the call, the TV was shipped and delivered by the date he mentioned. So after all, once communication was re-established the delivery went smooth.Rating was updated to 4*.Original review:I would skip them and purchase elsewhere. No communication and bait and switch sales tactics.Bought an LG OLED TV from them during Black Friday. Their website and LG’s website showed they had it in stock. I called a week after buying it to check on the status and they told me they were expecting a shipment to deliver to them in no more than one week.Then I get an email from Robert trying to change the model and brand of TV, I declined. This was on December 10th I never heard back from him after declining his offer to “upgrade” to a better TV.Meanwhile every other supplier (including LG) is showing the TV in stock.
