Pathetic customer service. They were very rude and forced me to buy a whole roll of tape when I needed the smallest piece for my package. Completely ignored my questions and snapped back at me throughout our ENTIRE conversation. NEVER COME HERE unless you’d like to be disrespected by these arrogant, uncivilized ‘workers’ who don’t deserve a job anywhere in the world.

You deserve no stars tell your unprofessional staff when customers purchase items to put them in a bag. Not for customers to do. If you don’t like your job quit. Treating customers unruly is horrible. Will not return

I had been battling an issue with my address for several years where the address that is listed on my deed did not coincide with the address in your system. I had gone back and forth between the Town and the Post Office for many years trying to get this issue fixed. On Tuesday September 5, 2023, I went to the Hartsdale Post Office and was greeted cheerfully by the new Postmaster Denise. I explained my issue to her and gave her some documents to substantiate my claim. She told me she would look into it and asked if I could provide her a copy of my deed. The next day I returned with the deed, she updated me with the information she was able to gather so far and rather then send ME back to the Town Hall as all the other managers had done in the pass she went there and met with the Town assessor. On Friday September 8, Denise called and informed me my issue had finally been fixed and added properly in the Postal Service database. I cried tears of joy and couldn't thank her enough. I asked her for the contact information of the highest person in the post office so I could personally give her the praise she deserves but she told me I should use this web address to document my satisfaction. Although I'd much rather had the opportunity to speak with her superior and share my experience. I hope this is shared with she and her superiors and she is recognized for her outstanding customer care. I have to say you can definitely tell this office is under new management. Even the old employees greet you with courtesy and respect. They are helpful with good attitudes. Denise is good for this office. I hope she stays.

Puerto rican guy in the white pathfinder that is also the supervisor is a drunk. Drinking Hennessy on the job and then driving his car with his daughter is unacceptable. He has no emotional control and is confrontational. I can not imagine what kind of example he is to other employees. Threatened to kill a journalist and smoke him in front of his daughter. Very professional! Look at the video yourself on YouTube. " Hartsdale post office First Ammendment Audit" the 42:05 second part of the video shows this repulsive behavior by Riccardo the "supervisor". Fire this ghetto ticking time bomb immediately !!!
