I would give a negative review on this ford scarsdale location if I could .. Please donot go to this location they are a scammer, wasted 2 days of my time . They charged me 3500 dollars to fix my car just 3 weeks ago and now there’s a problem and they can’t schedule or give me a time to fix it . The service person Manny Perez is horrible with attitude , zero customer service. For gods sake please stay away from this place and location unless you want to end up wasting your time and end up spoiling your day arguing with a rude sales rep ..

An excellent place to purchase or lease a new car. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and professional and explained every step of the way so I could fully understand and follow the leasing procedure A five star mark in my book and would recommend Scarsdale ford to anyone interested in a future purchase or a returning customer

Best dealership around, they are fair, respectable and take immense pride in delivering superb vehicle service + Customer service.
I would not take my mustang anywhere else, this is as good as it gets! They have a customer for life.

Went three months ago to get my camera fixed as per a safety issued recall on my car. Oscar from the first initial visit, was completely incompetent. Could not find my car warranty on record or anything about the recall. Had to call another dealership to help assist him in finding this information. Car was there for TWO WEEKS. Not one update, or response to any texts. After finally getting through, Oscar says “your car was ready a week ago”. When my car was received the camera was even worse. After filing a report on the camera being worse, I made a follow up appointment, in which they provided via phone, to only show up and say “you’re no longer welcomed here”. All because my husband reported Oscar’s negligence. Now they are refusing to service the car because of the poor review and it is required by federal issued safety regulations to fix this. I will be reporting this to Ford HQ and NHTSA. I also want to preference we never leave bad reviews, but as the horrible service done, everyone needs to stay away from this place.

By far the worst service department I have ever dealt with. Noone calls you back with updates, no one does the work they say they are going to do. Noone could figure out what was going on with my car, and most of the time it was just parked behind the dealership. Ralph gets annoyed when you call and ask for updates on your car claiming he never knows any updates. Waited four days to any updates, which I only got when I myslef called, and ended up just picking up my car without anything being done. Picked up the car, no paperwork, no explanation of what was even attempted to be done, or apology for what went on. Stay far away if you want your car actually fixed or have someone that will at least let you know what is going on with
your car. Its only getting one star because you cant leave zero stars.

From my first to now my third time working with Scarsdale Ford, I have always felt like family thanks to Joe Tarantino. He goes above and beyond for those who helps serve in an industry that may not always feel consumer friendly. I would highly recommend this dealer and Joe to anyone looking for an honest, pleasant and easy experience.

On Friday, July 5th, I put a deposit of $500 on a 2020 Shelby GT500. I drove from RI to New York to look at the vehicle the following Monday. I was interested in the vehicle however I asked if the vehicle was going to pass inspection since there seemed to be modifications to the vehicle. They checked and the vehicle failed inspection. I informed them that I was still interested in the vehicle however the issue needs to be resolved so keep me updated on the repair status. Both the Sales Manager and the Service Manager agreed. Per my discussions with them they took the vehicle in as a trade and didn't inspect the vehicle. Two weeks went by and I didn't receive any updates or return calls to my voicemails. I finally got a hold of the sales associate who told me the vehicle was sent to the auction and the manager should have informed me. I told her no one ever followed up with me and I need my $500 refund. Her response was well I'm with a customer so text me the info or come back to get your refund. Really!!! I'm going to drive from RI to NY for something that can be done over the phone? This dealership is very unprofessional...stay away! I've already reported them to my credit card bank and will be contacting Tasca Autogroup who just acquired Scarsdale Ford to report the issue. Very poor customer service!!!

Had such a wonderful experience at Scarsdale Ford. Our salesman Scott was so personable and easy to work with. I recently had surgery that made it so I couldn’t drive yet and they went out of there way to deliver the car we purchased to us. Highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle here.

They are selling defective vehicles. and then tell you after you sign that there is a problem sent out by ford. Ford sent out a statement about the Ford escape 2021 to 2024, they all have a loud moaning sound that can not be fixed because they have no clue what is causing the sound. This dealership did not disclose this, they allow us to sign and then when the sound appear they act as if they are confused on the sound and then we were given the statement issued by ford. That is DECEPTION and that is horrible.

Bald guy in the front is very rude. His employee stated one price and now they printed a different price. And he's saying he's keeping the car if the money isn't paid. Dude that's YOUR problem with YOUR employee
