Their service department saved my car! I went in for an oil change and they graciously informed me that I had no oil and the previous people I was going to for service had never changed my filter and weren't actually changing my oil. Lauren was super helpful.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! ! Terrible Customer service . My vehicle was at the dealership for over and month and still has the same problem. They diagnosed the vehicle and refused to fix it under warranty. Terrible communication and they will not provide a loaner vehicle. Save yourself a headache and avoid this dealership.

Try calling Service. If no one answers you get voice mail. Leave a message. But don’t expect anyone to call you back. Left a message at noon Monday. It’s 7:30 PM Tuesday and no one has returned my call.

I purchased my vehicle certified used from this dealer ship server 3 years ago the vehicle is only 5 years old. The transmission went in 2019 and the racking pinion recently went. In 2019 when the transmission went I couldn't get a loaner from the dealer and couldn't get my car back for 2 weeks so I had to pay out of pocket for a rental. Fast forward to present day. At a local local shop I would only be charged $1800 for the work of replacement of a racking pinion but my car was still under warranty so I thought to use the service center because the repair is covered under the warranty. I dropped my car off then went to get a rental because the service said they no longer give rentals. Two weeks after dropping my car off it still hadn't been worked on while I'm paying out of pocket for this rental. The excuse I was given was that the Ford warranty didn't approve the work. I had to call Ford warranty and speak to them and they told me that they had to review the photos of the car and they had just got the photos after my car had been there for over two weeks. I didn't get the car back for another week. My rental bill was over $1800. I do not recommend this dealership or there service center. I received an email about my experience and left all the same details in the survey that I left above minus the details about the my transition repair experience. I guess they didn't want people know the truth about how the can be serviced at that location because emailed me back saying that they couldn't post my email because of the information input in the survey. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I don't not recommend this location. Save yourself go somewhere else. It's frustrating enough having car trouble but when you pay for a warranty and utilize it at the service center but it cost you more money and time then going to a local shop, is the warranty even worth it?

Scarsdale Ford Service is great. I'm on my second Ford Escape lease and I couldn't be happier. They use all the latest technology, online appointments are easy make and I don't have to keep track of my car's stats anymore. Cannot be easier. The place is clean, organized and the service is top notch. And my service advisor, Lou Costanzo, is simply the best. I could be just a number to Lou but he adds a human touch and always remembers me. I like that! He is accommodating, professional, courteous, kind and best of all fair. Highly recommend!!
