    I took my first class at the Scarsdale location and loved it! Josh had such great energy, helped us improve our technique when necessary, and pushed us to work harder! Looking forward to my next class at Scarsdale!

    Excellent fitness program. The hour goes by quickly and you accomplish more than any other workout program. Coach Josh and staff are very supportive. Amazing program!
