Some of these mf’s trippin balls on these reviews. I go to the Connecticut location and both gyms are great. Great staff and environment. Highly recommended going to either location and getting a membership.

Stopped here to get a workout in while here visiting friends. Young lady at the desk was super helpful, explained parking options to me which was much appreciated as an out of towner. Had a great workout, lots of great machines that I wish my gym at home had. I was definitely one of the smaller dudes working out today, so the ego was checked at the door today. I'm only here once a year but looking forward to coming back next year. Five star experience.

Iron Vault was on my list of gyms to visit during a trip back home to New Jersey at the beginning of this year. Pics are from Jan. 16.With rating a gym, I like to go off a loose criteria of the following:1. Vibe2. Equipment3. Layout4. Locker rooms/Recovery area (sauna, ice bath, etc.)5. Goods & ServicesVibe and equipment are always at the top of my list as these catergories can make or break a gym experience. Imagine the vibe at the original Gold's Gym in the early 1970's, or at York Barbell in the 1930's; it would have been an electrifying place to train. At their respective times, both of these gyms had innovative equipment as well. Another gym with a great vibe and equipment would be PWRBLD Gym in Conshy, PA, or their bigger location in King of Prussia.Vibe has to do with walking into a place that makes you want to train. Some gyms have a ton of equipment, but due to the setup, lighting, and types of people training their (less "serious" people); the vibe can be terrible. Walking in to Iron Vault, I was immediately struck with a great vibe. The people training there ranged from very dedicated powerlifters, bodybuilders, Olympic lifters, etc. to gym bro meatheads, young high school/college kids, to other attendees (ages and genders varying) who seemed to have a high passion for training, whether they did it for fun, to look better, or just to be healthy. The bottom line is that this place attracts people who come to train. This isn't the kind of gym where you find many, if any, people standing around, lolly gagging. This is the kind of gym that attracts people who can appreciate great equipment, and probably know a thing or two about being addicted to the iron lifestyle.Speaking of the equipment, Iron Vault is outfitted with brand new, Arsenal Strength machines, which are probably the industry's best. The dumbbells range from 5lbs to 150lbs, there are many squat racks, power racks, platforms, specialty bars, calibrated plates, etc.; all things that a true lifter pretty much expects at this point. On top of all that, everything is super clean, but you won't feel like you do at some boutique gym where if you sweat on the floor, you just might get kicked out. This place is the real deal.I'll touch quickly on the layout, locker rooms, and other services. The layout is awesome. Walking into the gym, you are immediately at the front desk, which is a bit off to the side, giving you a view onto the entire gym floor. Straight ahead are some Arsenal Strength machines (which you truly NEED to try, as they are a difference maker) and an Arsenal lat pulldown, low row, cable cross (also a MAJOR game changer). To the right of this area is some cardio equipment, although this is not the main focus of the gym, there is plenty of machines for you to get a great cardiovascular workout in as well. Straight back beyond this are some leg machines, and other upper body machines. One more row further are a bunch of competition combo racks (bench & squat), deadlift platforms, etc. To the right of this is a turf area, and all the way on the back wall is the dumbbell rack, some other awesome Arsenal machines, a few more squat racks, pull-up bars, etc. There are 2 bathrooms and no real locker rooms. This is kind of to be expected as I believe this is the first location and they did not have enough room to be able to builder a nice locker room, as it would have taken a ton of space away from the gym. They may have rented out another part of this building by now, and may have plans for a more full locker room/recovery area, but I cannot confirm that. When you walk into the gym, you can purchase some pre-workout energy drinks, which is always a plus, and there's a smoothie bar as well for your post-workout needs. The apparel that they sell is very cool, with some intricate designs. This gym becomes a true 5 star gym with a full locker room with saunas, showers, ice bath, etc. That being said, if you are in the area and are serious about training, this should be your new home - or at least home f

not great and look at all these fake reviews saying "best gym in westchester." I think they're trying to hack search keywords

Good gym. New equipment. People focused on their workout. Younger crowd, so lots of cameras out, which can be a little annoying, but it isn’t that bad, and everyone is respectful. I’d sign up but the lack of shower makes it a non-starter, since I workout in the morning before going to work, and having to go home to shower and then go to the office isn’t practical. But if that’s not your situation, I’d recommend the gym.The price is appropriate for what you get (new gear, cleanliness, good vibe, generally focused crowd, organized facility)…and for what you don’t get (private parking, shower, lockers, more square footage, additional cardio machines)

Incredible place for serious lifters. The place not only allows chalk but has holders of chalk next to the squat racks. High quality equipment with a classic, nose to the grindstone and work kind of feeling. Heavy gym rat culture with people often recording themselves hitting a pr. The place is somehow classy and welcoming with three beautiful and well-maintained bathrooms instead of locker rooms and cubbies to store bags.

One of the best gyms in the NY Westchester area - spacious , clean , well equipped with extremely helpful ,cooperative staff and most importantly the membership deals are very straight forward and doesn’t confuse people or even scam them out. Pretty basic commitment of 3 months to begin with which is great for first timers etc.The equipment variety is mind boggling each divided carefully into zones as per the body parts . Free weights galore for those who like their heavy weight lifting .For those who are into CrossFit and cardio they have enough machines too and a huge space and track for doing those type of workouts . I was surprised at how much they have packed in this place .Access is kept till Pretty late after hours.Brightly lit, Clean towels and tidy gym , some might miss out on a locker room with showers but I guess I am not complaining looking at the kind of superb facility they have put up.Highly recommend this place to beginners to professional weight lifters.

Been a member of a few gyms prior to this one, and couldn’t be happier. Not the biggest gym in the world but totally prefer it this way. Get in do your workout and leave, it isn’t social hour. Best machines as well!

Awesome gym - friendly people, well equipped for lifting. I'm here for a few days before headed back home and wanted to maintain my routine while away. I love that they have day passes and they don't sell you extra stuff. It really is super easy to come in, workout and get out. As someone who struggles with anxiety and PTSD, I sometimes have difficulty with new places - none of that here. They also have preworkout in a machine. When I head back tomorrow I'm gonna try it

Tik Tok "Trend" Gym - Save Your MoneyTotal lack of amenities no locker room, no shower, sauna (not offered at norwalk yet same price), loud music that bleeds through airpod pros, no dedicated parking...The only reason i tried this gym was due to 24 hr access and that does not justify the price for me.The place is crammed (and guessing under 1000 sq ft) with nothing to show for but a couple expensive rogue bench presses and some kg plates.

Upscale gym that focuses on weight training. Even when the gym is packed, there’s always a bench or squat rack open. The layout is great as you are almost never waiting for someone else. The gym layout is well thought out.

Plenty of equipment for people looking to Powerlift or Olympic lift. You won't be waiting for a rack like a chain gym. And they have a per week membership which is perfect for travelers like me.
