Encountered a woman with a terrible attitude today. She pushed her way past my employees as we were there shopping for our rental units. Only to find out that she was the manager on duty. She was dismissive, rude, and nasty.

Came today Saturday September 6. 2024 at this location and the customer service was terrible. None of the employees looked happy. A dark skinned gentleman with glasses, was bothered when I ask him “can I please ask you a question” he just sighed out of frustration. At checkout the gentleman that was at the register (light skin facial hair with glasses) never greeted me, no “good afternoon” and when I said “thank you” after he gave me my receipt no reply. The line was long, with only 2 registers open. Maybe perhaps that’s the reason for his attitude; but how is that the customers’ fault? I honestly believe management needs to look into this, as I wasn’t the only customer that was treated poorly today.

Plenty of parking, and a lot of products. Easy to find low price items. Messy as with most stores in this category.

Although they had a variety of items for the hone , they didn't have travel compression bags or travel packing cubes .

The store was filled with a wonderful selection of Christmas gifts. The holiday card section was a cornucopia of varied and creative designs. A fun place to shop for new ways to decorate your home for the holidays and beyond, and the prices were very reasonable.
