We drove up to the Hartsdale/Scarsdale area on a Saturday so my wife could do some shopping. This store is on a busy street with several clothing stores together in strip centers on both sides of the road. There is ample parking right in front of store.
Inside the store is quite large with fully stocked shelves. The clerks were very helpful. Today they were rather busy.

The staff at this location is consistently rude and dismissive, especially the manager, who lacks basic customer service skills. I placed an online order, but there was no update to indicate that it was ready for pickup. When I called to check on the status, instead of receiving an apology, the person who answered the phone was defensive and abrupt. I've visited this location before, and the poor service seems to be a recurring issue.

Bought shorts today, came home tried them on, put my hand in the pockets to find a USED DIRTY tissue, and a small hair clip with a bug on it. I am absolutely disgusted..

Very clean, very orderly Gap. However, there are some of THE MOST HELPFUL LADIES working in these two stores (Gap, Kids Gap) They definitely need a shout out. They work with a smile, go above and beyond to be helpful and are pleasant, which can be hard to find these days.

This location is usually stocked on inventory. Unfortunately, the staff tends to be unpleasant. Not sure if it's the location, but whenever I go here I feel uncomfortable. The staff tends to be cold towards a specific group of people. ?
