They don't answer the phone or return calls and calls are dropped on rare ocassions when they do pick up. Prompt but uninformed service for in person visits as per experience while on hold during the duration of a 40 minute drive to the office.

Pretty much the worst experience that I’ve had with a wealth managing company. They give authority to juniors who don’t have basic understanding of portfolio management the authority to manage transactions of tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars. If you trust this company with your cash you will regret it at some point. Either go to Charles Schwab or at least go to different branch.

I have to give "Fidelity Investments" 5 stars because there is nothing better than speaking to a human being that's so courteous and very helpful. It was a 1, 2, 3 situation.
