I have no words to express how bad I feel after leaving this place. Customer service is horrible, rude people, don’t do the minimum to help. I had to cry over the copy machine to get someone to help me to get some copies. The employees were Dwayne e Ramon and I really hope the store management train their staff better. Rude tone, can't describe the way they look at you, heard things like “it’s really not that hard to do this” when I kindly asked for help.
As someone who works with customer service, I know how we can make or break someone’s day. Never thought I would stop by to get some copies and leave crying feeling like a piece of trash.
Would give zero stars if I could.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The employees at this location are horrendous, incapable, and extremely rude. I have never had a worse experience at any postal service. Management really needs to reconsider who they employ, how they train their employees, and every aspect of customer service here. There are too many other locations/options to have to put up with this location.

The whole having to pre-authorize payment is the most asinine, inefficient, frustrating thing ever. Was in the middle of a printing a large amount of copies and it stopped right in the middle because I did not pre-authorize enough funds in the beginning. Then I had to start it all over. Another time I was creating a new resume and lost it all due to the pre-authorizing scam and had to do it all over again too. Ok so when I do pre-authorize an amount way over what I need, do I get my the remaining balance back? Oh, they don't know! I have to go to my bank and get an invoice number because there is no invoice number on the receipt from fedex. What a terrible company it is now. Not helpful one bit when I called corporate. The having to pre-authorize the amount of money you'll spend is the dumbest feature they could have come up with. I'm never using fedex ever again.

Amazing customer service with Remon. Not only did he help me print pictures for an embroidery project, he took a personal interest in what I was doing. And when I recently went back to print some charts, he took the time to make sure they came out perfect. Very much appreciated all his help and expertise.
