I wanted to ask questions about dropping off an entire collection of clothing (literally thousands of garments at once) and the girl on the phone was useless. There was no one who would even talk to me. Customer service is a joke.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Embassy Cleaners. I dropped off 20 lbs of laundry on Saturday morning at 9am and was told it would be ready soon. However, I didn’t receive a notification until Wednesday, meaning it took them three days just to wash my clothes. This is an unacceptable delay for such a simple service.
To make matters worse, when I arrived for pickup, the store was closed despite them offering a kiosk option for after-hours pickup. If this option isn’t reliable, what’s the point of even having it? Overall, this experience was frustrating, and I won’t be returning.

Excellent, same day service. Needed my suit steam ironed ahead of a meeting the next day. Embassy had it back to me with plenty of time to spare and looking fantastic! Highly recommend.

So impressed by Embassy - they have smart technology that makes it easy to drop off and pick up clothes (literally anytime day or night 24/7). They do all their cleaning on premise which is pretty rare these days. And recently, I needed clothes cleaned quickly and they made a special effort to accommodate. Thank you!!!!
