What a wonderful place to get your ears pierced. I was so happy to take my 1 year old. Very friendly staff. They made us feel comfortable. What I loved most was that they pierced her ears at the same time which made the process so much easier.

If you’re looking for a jeweler then D’Errico is your place. I’ve visited them many times and have always been treated like friends and family. D’Errico has a great selection of pieces from new to estate and if you don’t find what you’re looking for they will make you a custom piece. Why go anywhere else??

Very disappointed with them! I bought my two wedding bands and my husband’s wedding band from them. I went in today to get them cleaned. The woman now tells me they charge $35 for cleaning. I’ve never been charged in the past. She says I haven’t been in since 2018. This is false I got married in 2019 and I have seen Dana multiple times after and she has cleaned my ring zero charge. Okay so fine moving on don’t clean my rings that I spent over 3K on here. I was interested in getting a new wedding band for my five year anniversary. I tell her one I’m interested in and she gives it to me. After one minute or less she takes the ring from me to lock it back up because she says she has to help someone else with a repair. Lady I’ve spent thousands in here do you honestly think I’m stealing a ring?! Your doors are also locked where you can’t get out without buzzing. Just felt really disrespected.
