My account is being accessed and my rewards are being fraudentlh used. CVS says I can’t delete the Carepass account and they won’t investigate who is accessing the account, if it’s an employee or not. I’m currently trying to figure out how to report this HIPPA violation as my medical records are tied to the savings card.

The pharmacy staff is beyond rude and tries to make up for their lack of intelligence by yelling and harassing customers. I will not be using this pharmacy anymore even though it's close by.

I wish I knew the young man’s name, He was extremely helpful and it seemed he was the only employee there but still managed to help me find what I was looking for and even helped check out and apply my coupons He needs a RAISE!

The Pharmacy called in to have our Covid and Flu vaccines done a day earlier if possible and I was happy with that. The Pharmacist and team greeted us, kept us updated for the few minutes and we had our vaccines and left. Everything went great!

Just finished sending a complaint to CVS regarding the manager of this store and couldn't believe how many people already have! She was extremely rude and disrespectful, followed me and accused my kids of knocking down "all the items" on the shelving in the aisle behind us, which was a complete lie. Will not shop there ever again and not sure why she still has a job.

I visited a store today and was called a favor with a pink shirt by your employee. She was very disrespectful to me in front of other customers and manager. She threatened me and had to be separated by manager. I don't know her name Tall black female with a long weave. Please fire asap!

Quinton at the photo counter was phenomenal. It’s hard to deal with corporate oversight, apps and other things out of staffs control. He absolutely knocked it out of the park. Didn’t complain, contacted corporate to resubmit photo order, took care to make sure contact info was correct. Didn’t complain or say it’s not my job or try and pass off to someone else. He was the first person who picked up the phone and he ran with it until the end. Amazing.

Just spoke to Valentina who answers the phone at the cvs pharmacy on central ave and she was so rude. I usually never have a problem when I call the pharmacy about a question on my prescription but Valentina was rude , dismissive of my question and when I asked to speak to the pharmacist she hung up the phone. Cvs should reconsider hiring incompetent rude people like Valentina to be the first person customers encounter because she’s a bad reflection of the company.

Just wanted to say that the Manager Leyda was very rude and unprofessional. If I could I would contact corporate to figure out why would they allow someone like that in that position. Sale associates were nice and pleasant for the most part.
