The cashiers at the pharmacy dept are the nastiest, rudest people ever. I feel bad for the pharmacist, he has to work with staff that have zero customer service or support.
Go to a different cvs location.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The CVS at 807 White Plains Rd. in Scarsdale has the absolute worst employees, and the manager is clueless. I ordered photos printed in glossy. They were printed in matte. I asked the employee to re-print them and he refused. When I asked him why he wouldn't re-print them he threw up his arms and said, "I can't deal with this, I will just give you a refund." I asked to speak with a manager. He only made things worse. All he offered was a refund.
DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS. IT IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!

The pharmacy department doesn't ever answer the phone. You can stay on hold for a half hour and then they will simply hang up the call (which happened to me twice today) The store manager doesn't seem to have the ability to get the staff to answer the phone either - he can only transfer calls and then you are on hold again. I know they want everyone to use the app, but it can't help you determine if the drug store has your specific meds in inventory. Their phone etiquette is just RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The whole reason not to use a mail-order service for RX is to have access to a human pharmacist when needed -- they do NOT satisfy this basic need.

One of the better CVS locations in and around Scarsdale. Staff are helpful and there is a decent selection of cosmetics and especially Men's grooming (for me in particular) which is great! Parking is ample outside also.

CVS at the Golden Horseshoe at 1064 Wilmot Road, Scarsdale, NY 10583 is a great store. I get my prescriptions filled there and some of my vaccines. The store layout is easy to navigate.

Brian in the pharmacy needs to be fired. He is condescending, disrespectful, irresponsible, and downright rude. I work for a doctor and was hung up on by Brian when I called discuss a prescription. He did not like me telling him that I did not appreciate the tone he was using. I tried to call back and was hung up on twice. This man is in the wrong line of work.

Timely Pharmacy drugs and courteous staffs. Usually, I can find what i look for in the Aisles but they supply seems limited and low at times.

Huge shout out to the manager, Inayat for always being kind and helping my Mom out every time she's at the store! She always has a very good experience there. Even when I'm shopping here I never have any problems finding what I need or getting help from an associate if I'm having trouble finding something!

I used to love going to CVS. You always knew what you needed from the store, but you’d always somehow manage to leave with more. Lately, the CVS experience has changed. It’s very sterile and flat without many checkout employees. The way CVS has cut staff makes me feel like they don’t care about their employees. Since I was a kid in this area, there was a local woman who I knew I’d always see at CVS. She was so sweet and cheery. She’s no longer employed there. There’s no sense of “neighborhood” left to these stores.

Employee on Christmas 12-23-2023 at 11:57am was so extremely rude that she threw my change-cash at me at the register. The manager should see camera.

Hey CVS: have you fired your completely rude and horrible pharmacy manager Brian yet?
