This pharmacy is understaffed and the existing staff have an awful attitude. I came for a vaccine, was told to wait in an aisle and never attended to. No apologies were offered for being forgotten. Will not be returning even as this pharmacy is near my home.

The pharmacist with the unkept beard/ hair and kippah is so disrespectful for no reason.It takes them days or even weeks to fill basic prescriptions it's a joke.

I’ve never given a 1 star but this is deserved! I don’t understand how cvs can employ a pharmacist like Jeremy Benderoff without some sort of friendly customer service skills. The pharmacist job is to fill and have knowledge of a prescription to serve for the customers. He’s Biased, opinionated, and very rude never going back. Beware!

Pharmacist Jeremy D Benderoff was very rude, he did ask me too many times if I can afford the medicine without insurance, I nicely said yes then he lied to me and just filled one prescription when my doctor sent Two, I told them that I need the medicine because I was in a lot of pain, it’s not nice and it’s very cruel to be profiling people because in their minds they think they can’t afford $150 dollars , you should just do your job and fill the prescription and save your comments for yourself and stop harassing people.

One this pharmacy first opened, and for awhile after this, it had excellent service and caring and helpful pharmacists and other staff. That is no longer the case. It is understaffed, the pharmacists are constantly changing, prescriptions are not timely filled unless you go in and get them to fill the prescriptions while you wait and the pharmacy never answers its phone.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY, you will go there 3 times to pick up the same prescription. With each visit you’ll wait an increasingly longer and more obscene amount of time on line, only to be told that your prescription will be ready tomorrow, or next week. Staffed by a collection of overwhelmed clerks, no actual pharmacist in sight. There are routinely 15-30 people in line. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Absolute worst pharmacy ever. You cannot get a hold of anyone whatsoever. I was on hold multiple times for up to a half hour. Customer service is awful. I will never fill another prescription here. If I could give this Zero stars I would.

I'm not really a yelper but logged in to give this review as a form of therapy while here being abused by the cvs. It's hard to know where to start with the myriad horrible things about cvs. I guess the key question I've been wondering about is what is wrong with me that I keep coming back here to be abused time and time again. The simple truth is that it's close to my house, quick to get to, an obvious choice and I have kids often need to go to a pharmacy. But the impact of on my mental health of stepping into this store is probably more damaging to my health than any benefit I get from the drugs they offer. Going forward, I'm resolving to do better about making sure I don't come back here.

Made an appointment several weeks ago to get a flu shot at the CVS on Wilmont Road. Arrived early to find the pharmacy closed. A person behind the screen told me that the system was down and they could not do the vaccination. Recommended that I visit he urgent clinic in eastchester. No appointments and the CVS pharmacy at that location could not vaccinate because I was already in the (non working) system. Finally got the vaccine at Walgreens in eastchester. They were terrific. Lesson learned

This is the most expensive CVS I’ve ever been to. Everything is marked up to ridiculous levels. I know it’s Scarsdale but a 10.00 pint of Ice cream and 15.00 single roll shipping tape is crazy. No excuse.

I don’t understand how this place stays in business. The customer service is awful, the pharmacists are awful, they randomly close without notice , and are completely incompetent. I will never fill another prescription here.

I give this store a 10/10, I shop here often and for…1) The store is always clean and organized.2) Your greeted with a smile as you walk in.3) The employees are so helpful, for example: there was this one employee packing out and I needed help she stoped right away and proceeded to help me, which made my day to see how willing she was to help me.
