We had a very good experience with Neville. He was extremely respectful of our budget, was patient while we talked through options, and had a nice rapport with Edwin the manager who also assisted us. We were walk-ins to this dealership but I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Neville directly. We will be returning to him again in the future.

Dont bring your car in here for service or possible warranty issues. Dropped off my car at 9 am tuesday morning, car went into limp mode, service tech that first greeted me asked me if i had an appointment right after i told him i just broke down on i-287 because of the car going into limp mode. Service tech said the code that was being thrown off the car computer “was most likely under warranty” where i agreed to leave the car. Service tech did tell me if they perform the diagnostic i would be charged a flat rate of $185, if i didnt do the work on the car there which i was fine with. I called at 1045 am to see what the status was, i was told that my service tech was busy with another customer and id be called back, i was never called back, i called at 1145am to be told that they would have a better understanding at 1:30pm and i would receive a phone call which I never did. I called at 2:30pm to check the status citing i needed to know if the car was going to be diagnosed and fixed so i could make next day work accommodations with commuting. I was finally called back at 4:30 pm by my service tech who said “the best mechanic here” worked on your car and theres alot of issues and they need another 5 hours of diagnostics. I said no thank you and i would come to the dealer to talk about the issue. After coming to the dealer and speaking with the service manager and expressing my concerns, they offered to waive the initial $185 and i said i would like my car back, then my car would not start, and i couldnt leave with it. I told the service manager i drove the car in here and now i cant drive it out which he replied “you drove it in here with codes”. I was never offered a ride, a loaner or a rental. The service manager said they would get the car started and call me tomorrow morning.
It is now wednesday afternoon at 2:10pm, i still have not heard back from this dealership. The dealers lack of customer service and communication has been absolutely horrible. My car has now been stranded there for 29 hours. The car being a 2021 chevy equinox with 32,000 miles on it under factory warranty and this chevy dealer cant figure out the problem go figure.

I leased a Traverse from Curry in 2022. I had it towed to the dealership for transmission issues 3 weeks ago, keep in mind, this car is only 2 years old. The good news was it was under warranty. Francisco told me I was third on the list for a loaner car, then told me they would ask sales to borrow a car...... Here we are 3 weeks in, and nobody has returned my call, no loaner car, they don't answer when you call. This is ridiculous.

Very warm welcoming environment. Everyone friendly. Would highly recommend this dealership. Made it an easy and smooth transition from old lease to new lease. Loving my Chevy Trax! Anthony and rest of staff was awesome.

Adrian Hernández and the gentleman that he was training were amazing. They really took their time to provide information, show me the amenities and get me the car I really wanted at a reasonable price.

My car was being worked on for a little more than 2 weeks now, and it's just been a nightmare with communication and just waiting for the work to get done. I've had to call around several times within the past few days to reach them and even had to drive up in my rental yesterday to check what's going on. They said that today work should be done, but now at 5:10pm they're still in the middle of work. I told the rep that at least an update would have sufficed! They said tomorrow it should be done. I'm frustrated right now as it is!!

You move from post to post, each post you are billed exorbitantly, until you realize that they’re just about robbing you, straight up. Until you scream out in defiance, they’ll keep eating your time and money. You leave, empty handed, without any service, wasting time and opening up bank disputes to reclaim some of the money they stole.
You have been warned

We were referred to their auto body service from their related Curry Acura dealer down the street. The processes of getting a quote was very good, however, after dropping the car off for the work, we would not go back to this dealer for service. The repair did not turn out great and it was initially only minor dents. We also had to bring it back a couple times for non-functioning door electronics that were unhooked for the repair but not reconnected, it took 3 times as long to get the work completed, our car was filthy when we picked it up, and most disturbing, their was minor damage to other side of our car. They did correct the unhooked electronics and minor damage, but it took over a month with revisits and for an initial simple fix, it seems like they have an issues achieving quality repairs. Also, their representative was not good in communication or responsiveness. We have been long-time customers of Curry family of dealerships, so we are very surprised with this string of issues.

Took my car here 3 weeks ago because my engine light keeps coming on and off and my screen kept dimming in and out even after another Chevrolet supposedly fixed my camshaft. Charged me $225.00 in which I had a warranty. Since then the engine light still comes on and off. They claimed it was my battery. Went and got another battery and guess what the camshaft came back up and the engine light still coming on and off. It’s giving they never checked my car and put it on the diagnostic machine. I will never come to this Chevrolet again! And I should get a damn refund because the problem is still there!!! A waste of time and inconvenience

I came in today for a standard oil change, along with an air filter change. I got a pre owned 2020 blazer with 25k miles 3 years ago so the air filter life was low by the time I got it. And it’s completely dead now.
Anyways I made an appointment earlier in the week to come in today at 1:30, and told them what I needed. When I came in (a few mins early) they had no record of me having an appointment. And said I would have to wait over 2 1/2 hours for them to be done with my car. Didn’t even offer to drive me home and back although I don’t live far away by car. 5 mins tops, but more like 1/2 an hour walking.
They said that the air filter would be 115$ to replace (which may be good idk. I’ve never dealt with this issue before, however, I feel like it’s not at the same time).
However they also said the oil would be 120$ as well. That’s well over what I paid for last time here or any other place. Including Valvoline which was very expensive. Every time I’ve been here in the past couple years it’s only cost 50-75$ for oil.
Overall a pretty negative experience. Feel like they are trying to pull a fast one.
