Absolutely the WORST customer service & service techs in the business. The owner of this dealership needs to completely breakdown & revamp the service dept. I had the unfortunate need to have service on my vehicle and I am absolutely convinced that they performed totally unnecessary repairs to get paid by GM warranty. When warranty finally ran out continued to do repairs & wanted to be paid. I agree with Jen H's review that Dirk is completely rude & condescending. Quality of service & customer care is ZERO. DO NOT DEAL WITH CURRY !!!

My car was repaired at your service center. It was the first time I had terrible customer service on your site after visiting several times. When he finally explained the bill to me, DIRK whose name should be JERK was so condescending. As I continued to explain, I had no problem paying the bill. Each itemized item's cost is all I need to know. In fact, he just read one sentence to me and asked how I wanted to pay. Curry Chevrolet will never be the place where I buy or bring my car. You used to have another guy there who was terrific, but the quality and customer service have declined. Your representative in the service center was wearing earphones at the desk. By asking a question, I probably interrupted his day. This isn't a good representation of a business.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Curry Chevrolet, and I feel compelled to share my frustration to help others make informed decisions.I brought my car in for repair, and despite being promised it would be finished yesterday, it wasn't. As a result, I had to miss a day of work, causing significant inconvenience. My disappointment further escalated when I spoke with the service representative. Instead of addressing my concerns, he seemed dismissive, talking over me, and implying that he was doing me a favor by working on my car amidst a high workload. He mentioned having over 100 cars to handle and being short on mechanics, which I understand, but it doesn't justify the lack of clear communication. To make matters worse, I was told my car would be ready in just 30 minutes, but it was not. When I brought up this discrepancy, the service rep responded defensively, asking why I was still talking about yesterday. As a customer, I believe in transparent and respectful communication. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling undervalued and disappointed. I expected better treatment from a reputable dealership.I hope that Curry Chevrolet can take this feedback constructively and improve their service process. I encourage them to prioritize clear communication with their customers and manage expectations better.Sincerely,Joseph Fila

I wish I had read the reviews of this place before scheduling a test drive. After multiple SMS and email confirmations of my appointment, I drive 50 miles round trip to this dingy dealership only to find they don't even have the car in stock. Reading the reviews, it looks like ignorant operations and bait-and-switch tactics are common at Curry Chevrolet. I'll be buying a Chevy in the next week or two but it sure won't be from this place. Avoid.

My husband went to get a new key.. showed the parts guy the paperwork proving the car was his. He had a different last name when he bought the car but he brought proof of changed last name and they literally THREW the paperwork back at him and said we don't know if you stole this car... who the hell treats customers like that?? I can't even believe this was acceptable.. no wonder they have horrible reviews already!

Lowering my rating to one star. This place is so utterly disappointing I find it hard to describe. Overall quality of work is shockingly bad - so bad it seems deliberately bad. The place is unapologetic and dismissive. Don't bring any car you care about to these people. They'll make it worse. These guys are crooks. Bad people through and through.

I've been combatting salespeople since I was knee high to a duck so I went in here ready to hand the sales guy his rear end but I did not need to. I met a true gentleman by the name of Mike Stanziani and he wasn't pushy, answered my questions, addressed my concerns and sold me exactly what I was looking for. He got me the right price with no games too. I highly suggest you ask for him when you call for an appointment.

Wish I could give this place zero stars but Facebook makes you give at least one star. Went on a Sunday afternoon recently to possibly trade in my Chevy for a certified used Chevy. I went here first since I purchased my first Chevy from this dealership six years ago. The salesman Mike Stanziani looked quite disinterested in selling me a car. I told him up front what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend. He showed me one car and quoted me a price that I found out later was $1,000 more than the follow up email he sent me later that day. So he has me fill out an online application on my phone and tells me that the finance person was out running errands so either she or he would get back to me the next day. Three days later I call him to ask what the status is because no one ever called me and he tells me he's not sure if the finance person even put the application through yet but that he would call me back after checking with her. The next day which makes four days since filling out the application I still have no word so I went to LaSorsa Chevy in the Bronx who, after showing me many, many cars had a credit decision within five minutes. I ended up trading in my car the same day and leaving with my new car that same evening. They also offered me much more money on my trade in than Curry did. Ironically , the salesman Mike ended up calling me that day in the evening while I was on my way back to LaSorsa to pick up my new car to tell me that they were still waiting to hear from the bank. LOL. What a joke! They told me at the other dealership that they didn't even say a credit application for me submitted by them. If you need a car go to LaSorsa on Webster Avenue in the Bronx and ask for the BEST sales person ever named Neidy.

1 star is too high this place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE, starting with the sales person Mike DiMacelli. They're nothing but clowns there, very rude and disgusting to work with. I am ashamed to have even wasted my time going. stay away, far away!

Heads up to all. Today my daughter surrendered her leased vehicle. They attempted to extract from her both the disposition fee and milage cost telling her it had to be paid today. Totally dishonest and a dealership never to trust. Of course I immediately put a stop to this and my daughter was able to leave without getting extorted.

Brand new 2022 Colorado. Brought it in for service (Touch screen freezing) only 650 miles. Dirk over in service, when I first came in, took me in immediately wrote it up and treated me awesome!! Thanks Dirk!! Next day I called up in the afternoon and Dirk told me "Come pick up the truck, you're ready to go". Tech found a software problem with the radio and updated it with usb stick. Seems to be working so far. Anyway, Dirk - Friendly, courteous and polite. Pleasure to have been a customer. Yes, I will be back for my service needs in future.

I had a 9:30am service appointment. Dropped vehicle off at 9:35 for recall repair, was told the work would take about 3 hours. They said they'd call when it was done. Four hours later I hadn't heard from them, so I called. They hadn't even started on it. Hadn't started, and never bothered to call and let me know. For 4 hours I'm thinking they're working on the vehicle, and meanwhile it's just sitting in their lot. Their website says they're the best auto repair shop in Scarsdale. I don't think so.

I plugged my information into the Chevy general website looking to order a new Corvette that I built on the site configurator and was told the MSRP for. I was contacted by a rep from this dealership on these terms and the rep was dodgy about any financial questions, saying I would have to come into the dealership to have these questions answered. I spent an evening commuting about an hour to this dealership with the understanding that I could order for a new Corvette at MSRP which was advertised to me by the Chevy website and the terms for which I was contacted. The wait time to order a new one is about a year anyway. When I got there with the intention to order it and spoke to a sales rep, I was told that the dealership only lets people order the car with a $20k markup over MSRP. This was never told to me by the rep who lured me into the dealership on a bait and switch premise. When I reached out to the dealership this practice was repeatedly defended by claiming they list the markup on their website, although the customer is not directed to their website by the general Chevy website which operates under the same brand and their rep doesn't mention the markup before aggressively trying to lure the customer into their dealership first. I am in contact with an attorney about this practice as these deceptive practices are highly illegal.

Let me state my sales person was great to work with during they buying process. Things turned with my opinion of the dealership and the management when I requested to get an update on where my purchased car was. Communication and compassion to properly communicate updates has left me feeling like just a sales # toward the month. When I asked the Sales Manager said "well seems like we are too much an inconvenience to you and why don't we just give you your money back" I would appreciate this if it wasn't said in such a disrespectful manner. I agreed and wanted my money back. Apparently this take multiple days to credit back?

BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS!! My brother went to purchase a vehicle for the first time! He's been excited to get this suv (Chevy Blazer), I mean he's been on a hunt for it at many locations in the area, but they werent available. He finally went to Curry Honda on central Ave. to inquire about it, thinking he could trust them bc its HONDA a big corporation car dealership not one of those mom & pops dealership. I guess he went wrong by telling them "he's NEVER purchased a new car before, he doesnt know much about whats needed what to do, but he trust Honda bc I got a good deal on my crosstour back in 2010. Mike explained he'll help him ( he didn't explain help j*** him). My brother has an 800 credit score, so Mike has the vehicle run his credit comes back 780, (800) He enthused to be getting the car, he told Mike he wants to have payments of $350 the most a month, and would like like to pay a year upfront for a lease vehicle. My brother put all his trust in Mike, believes everything he's telling(selling) him. Mike tells him to get a cashier check for $17,000 down in order to make the payment $350a month, on a lease vehicle That is unethical, what Mikedis and took advantage if a hobest consumer knowibg that he wasnt knowledgeable about purchasibg a vehicle.
