Was there about a month ago and the line was almost out the door. I went to the front of the line to speak to a teller and ask a woman by the name of Jackie H. if she could help and she stared at me and said that I am an area manager and looked at me to get back in line. If you are an area manager why are you not staffing properly? And why are you being so rude to clients. After I spoke with her she ran and hid in a little office in the back. I have been going to this branch for 25 years and honestly feel bad for them they are understaffed.

they waste your time first call me to ask if I have to make an appointment to open an account? They tell me no!!! after I'm in the place they tell me it's only by appointment what kind of service

Had an account opened by the manager Leah. Over 2 weeks and still haven’t gotten my card which was I was told would be expedited. Called Citibank to find out it was never even ordered. 5 figure deposit that I have no access to unless I go to a teller with a bunch of documents. Lower your expectations for this place. What a joke.

Well went to teller to be told wait in seat for representative which of whom both didn’t have any customers except they looked at me and remained on the phone talking away for 15 mins very unprofessional

Super helpful! The staff is always nice and friendly, it does get busy because of Covid and social distance, we just have to patiently wait and they will def get to help you !

Citibank shouldn't open accounts on people and then close them on them three days later and then refuse to release your money you put into that account to you when you go into the branch they should release those funds to you. I had no money in my pocket and they refused to give me my money out of my account. Thank God for one of the one banker that works there she felt bad for me and helped me out with a few bucks so I could get home. Otherwise I would have had no way to get home. Today cause they refused to release my money back to me in Cash and unblock the account.

This is a fairly decent branch. It's easy to locate and to get to. Parking is ample. Clean and quiet place for transacting business.

The local banker here said she couldn't find any "notes" from Citi's online team and somehow decided that I should pay the fees for their mistake/inability. Sometimes you wonder why such a branch even exists while almost everything can be done online - and where it matters to meet face to face, they manage to piss you off.

Parking is good and the branch is clean and everyone is very nice, but I am always spending quite while on line for things i cant do through the ATM.

this branch sucks. they don"t even answer the phone. i was on the phone 30 minutes twice, no one came to the phone. terrible.

This place processes lines like a machine even during lunch. When you get to a team member you are treated like you matter. Pretty branch with ample parking, too.
