I had the best possible experience at this Chase location today. As a first-time costumer opening a new account, Priscilla and Nelrine helped me immensely and were so patient throughout my journey. Love this chase, I always come after hours, it's always empty and parking available right in the front of the bank. Convenient, clean, and the ATMs are always working.

Spoke to branch manager Julio and resolved the issue.My wife and I went to this branch to add my name to her existing account. Both of us are foreign nationals. I carried my Canadian driver license and my wife carried her NY license. The lady told us that my wife's ID is perfectly fine, but since I'm foreign national, I need to bring my passport. So we got my passport and went back to the bank in 10 mins. The lady started processing the request until she realized she also needed my wife's passport. Instead of apologizing for her negligence of assuming my wife is US citizen and politely asking us to bring her passport, she started blaming us for not understanding her indication that foreign nationals need to bring passports. It is her who said my wife's ID is fine at first place, and how would we know that the account holder also needs to have passport as ID to add someone to the account? I'm not sure what customer service standard is at Chase branches but I'm sure blaming customers for banker's mistake is not part of it. If Chase bank would like to take customers seriously, I would recommend Chase bank have standard customer service trainings at all branches and do regular quality controls.

By far the greatest branch. Wanna feel like you’re walking into grandmas house as she just made delicious cookies look no further. They’re personable, respectful but most importantly still have that human touch absolutely wonderful
